"My mom moved into Brookdale Everett. They're the most caring and kind I've ever seen in the ones I've looked out for. The staff is excellent. They're long-term. One has been here 23 years, and one has been 20. They have excellent meals. The facility is extremely well taken care of, and they are fairly priced."

"Rooms are lovely and well equipped. Dining area is comfortable with a marvelous menu , even vegetarian options. Activities are varied and interesting. I toured with my Neice and I sincerely wish I was able to stay in the area so I could live there.."

"We visited Madison House. We toured the whole facility. It was very, very nice. It's an upper-scale thing. It's very expensive. It was a place that my mom would not be comfortable in because of the expense. It was a quick visit, but everybody was friendly. It was a very beautiful place."

"Aegis Lodge was gorgeous. It was a beautiful facility. The people seemed very nice. They had a lot of activities. The food looked good. The person who took me on the tour was very nice and very helpful. They gave me some cookies, and those were good. The building looked beautiful and extremely clean. Everybody seemed okay. It was just a little bit impersonal. The rooms were good sizes. Usually, two private rooms would share a bathroom, and it was very nice."

"I like Redmond Heights Senior Living's location. I like that you're able to have your own room, and I like the fact that they had activities for the patient to mingle and socialize with their peers. It's close to where we live. The staff that showed me around was very friendly. He took the time with me, and I appreciated that. The building was very clean, and the structure seemed like it was fairly new, maybe two to three years old. It has had some renovations. They had a nice sun porch. The rooms were big. Some of them were a little bit too big, but I thought it was very spacious. You could bring in your own furniture as well as already furnished. I thought that was nice."

"I went to tour Peters Creek Retirement, Assisted Living & Memory Care. The receptionist was very friendly and very encouraging. The gentleman was open to answering any questions and said, "Let me take you on a tour." He showed me where the craft room was. They played games there. They had paid attention to the things I said my sister was interested in when I spoke with the other gentleman on the phone a few days earlier. She likes adult coloring, puzzles, and playing games, and so the staff showed me all those. He told me about the library, and he took me upstairs and showed me a room. There were two rooms, and it had a mini kitchen and eating area between the two. My sister would have had no roommate, and she would have has a bathroom that is not across the building like she has where she is now. I asked if they were set up for a TV already, and the staff said yes. I asked if they were set up for a computer, and he also said yes. The room I looked at had a mini balcony, but you couldn't open a window or a door to get out of there. It was for the view, and the view was lovely. It's completely wooded with a creek in the back. What I saw at Peters Creek Retirement was great. They have a paved walkway all the way around outside. They have an elevator for my sister to get to the room, which is good because she has a knee issue. They have a patio outside. Everything I saw was neat and clean, and flyers were available for you to help yourselves with."

"Love Marymore my Dad has been there 3 years and they are wonderful caring people great Staff. They accommodate well if you visit from out of town as I come over every 3 weeks everyone is happy nice and cheerful plenty of activities and they care! Love all you guys you are a great team keep up the wonderful care and professionalism! Barb! Genes Daughter"

"My grandmother lives at the Aegis of Lynnwood. They have a courtyard with all grassy areas and a garden. I've been to their outdoor area to visit her most recently during COVID, and it was very nice. The staff members are doing a fine job. She has a very nice room, but she's almost 100, so she had to downsize to a studio. She used to have a room off of the courtyard. She had a patio that went out into their center courtyard area, and it was very nice. They have lots of activities, they post pictures, and they communicate with the families very well."

"Ascent Adult Family Home LLC was clean. They had a locked closet that you had to have a code to get into for the medications. The lady showed me around and she was just very nice and friendly. They were going to be getting the room ready (it wasn't ready yet) for my sister. They have to do an assessment first, so she would work with me on my sister. It's a home. From the second floor, getting to the yard in the back would be difficult for the people, but they've got a deck in the summer where people can go out onto and they have two of them. One had raised beds around the whole perimeter so that people could do gardening in it. It was comfortable-looking and it just seemed very nice. The lady I met was the owner. She lived downstairs. She was very personable and caring. They just didn't have a lot of parking, because it's in a neighborhood. So, their parking was not very good to go and visit."

"We toured Gencare Lifestyle at Granite Falls. The staff was good, and she was thorough. She showed us, and we went around. The rooms looked nice. It's the two bedrooms which are what we wanted. She explained that they only have one available now, but they'll keep me informed. It was a nice place. One of the things was transportation. It was only one day a week, but they will be switching, making them two days a week, so that was good. The people seemed to be happy. The rooms were of a decent size, and they were very clean. They had a garden and a gym area. They had physical therapists who worked there and would work with people."

"I have a very good rating for Grandview Village. Everything that I've seen was a 5-star. Everything they did for me was a 5-star. I've just seen the first part of it and when I drove into the parking lot, everything was very well maintained, very clean, and organized. The staff was very informative, gave me all kinds of leads or which step to take next and a list of places to go, and a book of all the facilities in the area and the reviews on them, so that was extremely helpful. They just wouldn't accommodate my mom because it wasn't a memory care facility. If a person has dementia and they wanted to leave, they could, because their doors are not locked. I've seen the cafeteria and a room where they go for gaming and entertainment."

"I chose GenCare Lynwood at Scriber Gardens because it was very affordable and seemed like a good place to be. I've been here for about two months now. The food is excellent and I'm very happy with that. The staff has been very accommodating. I recently moved from an original room to a better one and it's got everything I could possibly ask for as far as the places to live. "

"I toured Overlake Terrace. They offer quite a bit of other activities besides just a room and a place to eat. They provided the care that we are anticipating. They have a recreation room. When we were there, they had someone who came in and played some music for the folks. They have a little coffee shop bar, a theater room for movies, a pool table, and a library. It was very clean-looking. It looked like it had been renovated over the last four or five years, or maybe six years somewhere in there, so it was a little bit modernized. They took a bunch of assisted people there and brought them to Seattle to look at the Museum of Flight. They do outside activities, and they'll take them to the mall or shopping. I was surprised at how many people worked there. There must have been at least 30 or more people that went into the cafeteria for a staff meeting. As we were leaving, more people were arriving for work, which I assume was their shift. So, people come and go. I met with the director of the place, a nice gentleman. It's not a huge company, but it's a sizable group of people that work there. They served us lunch while we were there, and the food tasted good."
