"What can I say about the Meadowbrook Care Center they are phenomenal my husband was brought here it has to be in the hospital fighting liver cancer they also compassionate take care of the residence here food is amazing my husband cannot compliments about how good the food is. The nurses the Aides that take care of the individuals are amazing especially Ms White and Ms Smith and ms.Laurent . These ladies have such compassion for my husband that words cannot express the gratitude that they have I would like for them to be recognized for their outstanding job that they do I highly recommend Meadowbrook Care Center. "My mother-in-law is a resident of Luxor Nursing and Rehab at Mills Ponds. The care is great, she's doing very well there and the staff is very attentive. It's not a large community, but it's very quaint, and she's very happy there. She's adjusting right now, so the nurses take very good care of her in terms of hygiene, she's well-taken care of. I think they could have a little more activities but then again they're just a small community, so I have no complaints about them. A few things need to be corrected like the elevator not working too well. The appearance of the place is fine, she has a nice big room there."

"Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare was clean, and the staff seemed friendly. They have a gym. The courtyard is very small, and it's mainly for smokers, so that's the only thing. They have days where they sing, and they have movie nights, too. However, they didn't have too much entertainment. Also, some of the couches were old. They were nice and elegant, but they were a little bit old. In terms of location, there's a restaurant and a hospital nearby."

"As the only caregiver for my 95 year old mother, I needed a vacation. I chose King Street Rehab for "respite care" for my mother because she was rehabilitated at King Street Rehab after two valve replacements and a hip fracture. I was very familiar with the excellent care the facility provides. It is clean, the food is good and the staff is exceptional. The Executive staff is welcoming and reassuring; the nursing care is professional; the aides are attentive, caring, and personable. You can see they enjoy their work and care about the residents they are assigned to. I recommend King Street Rehab for "respite care" or long term care or rehab. I would like to thank the entire team for the excellent care they gave to my mother. She told me she had a nice vacation and was happy while she was staying there. "I have visited the Witherell Facility quite often. I volunteer there. The service is genuinely 5 star. Everyone in the place is friendly and helpful. The patients are treated with great care and service. The facility in itself seems more like a hotel than a nursing home. There is always some type of recreational activity happening. There is an annual family barbecue, christmas party and other events throughout the year when families come together and visit and spend time with their loved ones. They provide musical entertainment daily. The Witherell has a cafe for when the residents want a snack between meals or if the prefer something that isn't to their liking. The cafe is also for the employees. The food provided at the witherell is delicious. The Witherell also has a beauty salon for the residents and a gift shop for the residents and visiting families. It's a place I would recommend for both rehab and assisted living. As soon as you enter you feel the "welcome, we're happy your here" vibe. "

"My mother recently passed from an ongoing illness. During her battle she was back and forth between home, The hospital and The Enclave. The entire staff went out of their way to make my mother feel welcome and comfortable. At the end of her life they took especially good care of her and helped our family with any accommodations we requested. "

"I went to see The Osborn. It was beautiful and top notch. The woman who showed us around was lovely. The units are beautiful. They had independent homes and they had apartments. After you chose your unit, they would renovate it before you moved in. We didn't eat there, but their dining area was very clean and pretty. They had different options from formal to informal. They had a pretty art studio, a movie screening room, a pool, a fitness center and they had lots of clubs. I had nothing bad to say about them. It was just very expensive. However, I would recommend them to others. "

"I chose St. Camillus Center because it's on the same street as to where I live, so I could come and visit, but some people did not do their job, while some did. They missed my husband's antibiotics and there was a time when he was incontinent, nobody came to help him. It's hard to get in touch with them or call them, too. He has diverticulitis and they gave him sausage. So, I have to cook and give him healthy food. They were disorganized and I was disappointed, but there were few people who were great, that included the people at the front desk, the housekeepers, and the physical therapists. They just had a lack of personnel. So, it's not them, it's the administration. They just didn't have enough personnel to attend to the many people there."

"After having my husband, Alan Cianflone, a patient at other rehab facilities, The Grove has proven to be the best choice. The staff are very upbeat and pleasant with a very high morale. My husband was given TLC in every area and level. The rehab has been the best we’ve experienced, we’ve been to three other facilities. You can tell that staff here really love the work they do. The nursing aids always greated my family and I with a warm smile. The holiday events were very special and lovely, and was great stimulation and fun for my husband. When I had concerns and needs the administration was very responsive and supportive. The facility is clean and beautifully renovated. I can’t thank the entire staff enough for the attentive and loving care they showed to my husband and myself. "
