The worst facility. There is no communication, unskilled nurses with zero compassion and its a circus. We took my Mom out after five days. She NEVER used to complain and was in tears there because, as she said, "because of the help". They were rude to her (and us), gave her the wrong meds, gave her the necessary digestion pills hours AFTER the food, would give her the food without giving her dentures first. She fell because they never came after she rang the bell numerous times, and they never told us. This is just a quick review....don't sent anyone you love there. Disgusting place and the people in charge are no better. I met with the director and never heard back. A disgrace to this community.

I have visited the Witherell Facility quite often. I volunteer there. The service is genuinely 5 star. Everyone in the place is friendly and helpful. The patients are treated with great care and service. The facility in itself seems more like a hotel than a nursing home. There is always some type of recreational activity happening. There is an annual family barbecue, christmas party and other events throughout the year when families come together and visit and spend time with their loved ones. They provide musical entertainment daily. The Witherell has a cafe for when the residents want a snack between meals or if the prefer something that isn't to their liking. The cafe is also for the employees. The food provided at the witherell is delicious. The Witherell also has a beauty salon for the residents and a gift shop for the residents and visiting families. It's a place I would recommend for both rehab and assisted living. As soon as you enter you feel the "welcome, we're happy your here" vibe.
