I had my father stay here for 3 weeks. He did very well and loved the therapy. Its not like he wanted to be there but overall he and I were very pleased with everything they offered.

Overall I was satisfied with the facility. The services provided ran the gamut of everything a person could need. They provided physical therapy and daily interaction not only with medical issues, but with a friendly and active social enviroment. The activities provided were very diversified with enough choices to suit everyones needs and physical/mental abilities. Local trips were also planned to make the stay at the facility a total enjoyable expierience. The food served was always nutrious and choices offered so particular tastes could be satisfied. And the help was excellent -- always caring and making everyone feel like they are your personnal friend instead of a medical/social provider. With that said, there were some points that did need to be addressed/improved. The laundry service was not good. They would put patient's name on the clothes, but that was of no use since any clothes just appeared in the closet, not the patients. And the special medical needs instructions were not always noted/followed. When questioning the treatment, and why the treatment wasn't following instructions left, could not get adequate answers. Many times resulted heated disputes, especially when the nurse instructions would contradict doctors instructions. Canging medicine without real reason or explanation was also a problem. But the separate facilities for the different patient needs (freedom vs. lockdown) was done very well. And the hospice coordination was excellent.
