"My mother-in-law is in Pueblo Norte. Everything about it is fabulous. I like it because it is small with only 30 or 40 residents. It is really nice, and she feels very comfortable there. "

"From the first day in Heritage Court the staff made me feel comfortable, safe, and cared about. Their tireless support and genuine concern really made recovery easier, and I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me. The respiratory team headed by Ash is a caring, knowledgeable group of people. Ash, Reannon, Marrick, Jose, and Spencer are amazing. The PT/OT team is great, too. They inspire and push you to get better without making you feel inadequate. They teach proper techniques and watch out for your safety while you are exercising and re-learning things. The speech therapist, Jamie, is an amazing person who guides you with knowledge and ensures you practice proper techniques for swallowing, breathing, and speaking. The CNAs are caring and prompt. Octavio, Michelle, Kat, Geri, Drema, and the rest are standout people. Nurses are excellent. Kyle, JoJo, Lee and the others take time to talk to you and treat you with respect. I am eternally grateful for all of their help and am so glad I came here to recover. They saved my life and are heroes."

"I spent 7 weeks here after having sepsis. I hadn't walked for months and my doctor recommended a rehab stay after leaving the hospital. The PT department is fantastic and helped me to walk again after a few short weeks. They made me feel so good about myself every time I passed a new milestone. "I have an excellent experience with my mother here. She likes the place a lot.As soon as you walk into Scottsdale Nursing&Rehabilitation Center, you can feel the diffference. From the warm welcoming at the front desk to all the smiles and greetings you receive as you walk throughout the community. Center offers the comfort and care needed for residents needing special treatment. Food served here is warm and tasty. One thing that I appreciate most is that the family members are allowed to join their relatives in the meal time, which is not allowed in some communities. "

"I like the Gardens of Scottsdale. They were clean and set up nicely. They seemed to have everything somebody would need. The staff seemed very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The facilities were very clean, seemed conscientious, and easy to get around. They had a salon, a game room, and a TV room."

"My father was discharged from Advanced Health Care of Scottsdale, and it was excellent. He was only there for four-and-a-half weeks. Everything was phenomenal, from the admissions process to their Covid protocols, and how they cared and protected the patients. The facility was beautiful. Their meals were wonderful. They have onsite physical therapist and occupational therapist, and they were wonderful. Just everything was absolutely fabulous. They have private suites. The nurses, the caregivers, and everything was topnotch. I couldn't have asked for more. On the discharge, they followed through and made sure that we had everything we needed. I couldn't more highly recommend the facility. The food was excellent. Not only was it well thought and beautifully prepared, but it was healthy and restaurant quality (really). Everything was beautiful and well kept. It really looked more like a 5-star hotel. It did not have the smell of a care facility as some of them do. It was beautifully furnished. It felt like home. It didn't have a cold feeling. Everything about the facility was excellent. It is a pricier facility and probably one of the top prices, but it meets or it goes above and beyond the price. It actually is worth the money. It costs more, but you get what you pay for."

"The facility was simple but attractive. There was a beautiful courtyard that patients and family members could spend time together away from the room. I liked that there was a dining area that looked like a restaurant that patients could go and eat instead of eating in their room. The tables were set up as if it was a fine dining restaurant including linen tablecloths. This was a nice amenity for the patients to socialize in. This dining area was impressive and made the facility not look as if it was hospital like. The staff was nice and attentive. When we arrived there was a check in desk and the receptionist was very helpful in directing us to the room we were looking for. My mother in law also has a mental illness and the staff there treated her with respect and understanding when she would have one of her Bi-Polar episodes.My mother in law enjoyed her stay there and has even kept in contact with the roommate she had while staying in this facility. "

"Was looking for a place for my father ,Walked in to this place and I knew it was the perfect place for him! The place was clean, he loved the food and couldn’t asked for a better place for him can’t write enough nice things about all the staff they were so nice to him he wouldn’t stop talking about them! All the nurses, social workers and the physical Therapist thank you for taking best care of my father!"

"This is a nice 2 story building with 23 units. They are one bedroom with partial kitchens. All handicapped equipped have emergency system. Cable and internet is included as well as housekeeping and laundry. They have a formal dining room which serves three meals. They a good variety and the food is good. There is an activities room, a fitness room, large shaded patios off the second floor and downstairs,a beauty salon and a pool.The interior decor is nice. Out side they have some nice greenery and walking paths. They have doctors who come in and they transport to appointments.There are LPNs during day and on call. They certified caregivers. They have an activities director. They have lots of in house activties and go out to shopping, restaurants and other events, This a nice smaller community with a good and caring staff. "

"I have been to 5 plus nursing facilities in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and Phoenix Mountain is a very very clean facility and staff is very caring great rehabilitation crew residents are well cared for and a lot of activity "

"My sister is currently in the Plaza Healthcare. It seemed like a beautiful place and looks well-run. The doctors seem very good and very caring. So far, my sister has been getting really good care, and she's happy. The staff members are very good at communicating with my brother-in-law, and letting him know about my sister's condition and what she's facing. There are a number of doctors and therapists working with her, which is also really good, so there are a wide variety of people working with her. They have physical therapy, there's a really nice gym, and my sister is recently being allowed to go there in a wheelchair. They make her stand up, walk a few steps, and sit down again and again. Their gym seemed very well-equipped, and there were people working out at the gym, along with one-to-one nurses or trainers. They have a beautiful courtyard with trees, fountains, and lots of birds, which was really nice. They also had some cages with birds, and really nice fish tanks, and if the weather is nice, you can go and watch them. They also have a really pretty chapel there, they have a number of nice visiting rooms so that the patient and visitors can sit in a different room other than the hospital room. It's $25,000 a month, but she's not paying anything right now because of Medicare and her insurance."

"My dad is currently at Desert Haven Care Center. They are doing a good job with him. Whenever we have gone in there, he does not smell like pee or poop. He is relatively cleaned up. We have not had any problems. "

"This place rates with a 5 star Hotel everything is kept brand new. I have spent 2 week in there rehab center for a broken hip. This is like living in a hotel. The food is great, you select 3 fresh cooked meals a day. The doctors are top of the line, the care for your every need. Nursing and care staff are there every minute you need them 24-7. The therapist with there hands on care are understanding, caring, and attend to your every need. They want you to get better!!! And help in every way to make it happen. The cleaning staff keep this place Immaculate. “No Hospital Smell” The front office staff has made all the paperwork and transition to home a perfect and smooth experience. They make sure your insurance, after care doctors, home care nurses are all taken care of before you even leave everything processed correctly the first time. I would recommend this place to anyone for long term living or Rehabilitation care. What a great place to be when you really need help!"

"Capri at the Pointe Rehab is one of the best facilities I have been to. Do not believe some of the reviews. The staff is more than adequate and knowledgable. The facility is updated. The food is better than the restaurant. I would recommend them to anyone that may need their services."
