"We put our mother-in-law in Meadowview Assisted Living. It’s close to our house. She likes the church services there. It has been great. Everyone is just really nice, and she seems happy. "

"This facility is mostly for the elderly. It's 1 mile from the hospital and its built like an apartment style habitat. Most of the residents here can take care of themselves. There are also parts of the facility for residents that need nursing assistant. I really like how they provide a higher level of service for the elderly such as preparing meals, medication assistance, housekeeping, regular check in's and laundry. The Residents are friendly and down to earth. Its always a pleasure to be able to walk in a place and see people who truly care about the elderly. Two thumbs up. "

"My sister was there about 8years in the Alziheimers unit. There were times I had to ask at the desk for some one to clean the bathroom, feces on toilet, clean sticky room floor from spills. My sister was left unatted by a worker named Jasmine, and she fell out of the wheel chair and broke the skin on her head. Jasmine was ask by the daughter not to leave her mother unattended. Failed many times while there and was taken to the hospital. A police report was filed but no actions were taken. My sister died while still living there in the hospital. Her daughter never received a condolance card from The Wilson facility. I would not send a dog there. The facility could use a complete over haul of stall workers especially Barbara the director. Annjanette, the supervisor is not doing her job of following up, on those she is suppose to be supervising and training. My sister was in Hospice and were in pain. I went to the desk to see if the nurse left medication for pain. The evening lady at the desk did not know my sister was in Hospice. What does that tell a family member? So very unprofessional.. "

"I visited Wilson Assisted Living. The facility is very neat and also made like an apartment complex. The facility is brick and home warming. When I first stepped foot into the facility I was amazed of how it was kept so neatly. The residents were sitting outside enjoying the weather and conversating to each other. There are staff outside with the residents keeping them company and making sure that they are doing okay, laughing and joking. I saw one the staff while laughing and joking hug one of the residents after the joke to comfort him. The residents are dressed so nicely and smells like the smell of clean clothes just coming out of the dryer. I went inside of the facility to see how they were living, when I entered, one of the staff where doing one of the residents hair and had two more residents waiting to get their hair done also. I asked the resident how she liked her hair and she replied, "I love my hair, she always does a good job". I think that the facility is a very awsome facility and the staff are very friendly and cares about the residents as if they were family. Visiting the facility lets you know that there really are good facilities out there, that will keep your family safe and taken good care of. "

"My mother moved into Trinity Retirement Villas #1. I'm totally satisfied with their services. That's the highest recommendation I could give. There's continuous staff, and nurses are there, and also hospice is involved in taking care of my mother. The care is excellent, and the meals are home-cooked and good; there's no take out. It's a clean community. My mom is sick at times, and they help care for nausea, dizziness, and normal things that happen with people her age. I have been there with her when she was a little under the weather, and they're right there with me as I sit with her. She's in a semi-private room, and they have a day room that all the residents can go to and watch TV. The room is an adequate in size for two people. I go in and see their dinner menus, and I see food that I would like to eat myself. The building is very accessible. It's very good."

"This place is a women's facility. When i visit this place today i notice several things. The food that was prepared and served today looked like it could have came from a restaurant. The staff members are kind and down to earth. I watched a nurse sit in a residents room during her lunch just to make sure that the resident was taking her medication like the doctor prescribed. I was also told that it is no profanity allowed in the home. Which is a plus in my book. The women at this facility are respectful and civilize. I really enjoyed visiting it. "

"Elm City Assisted Living is laid out pretty much like any nursing home I have seen on the lower-income scale. But when I went and toured the place before deciding on it, I love the people there. I really love the relationship between the staff and the residents, and that's what's important for me and my dad. He has a roommate, there are no apartments in this place, just rooms. They have available activities though my dad doesn't participate, but they don't go anywhere at all. I have been there when they were playing bingo, people from the local church come in and they have prayer time and bible readings. They also have common areas with couches and TV. They go eat in the cafeteria area, but my dad says the food sucks. He's not a very picky man but he says it's bad. If they can make the food situation better that would be great. The rooms are older and not really super nice."

"I have been coming to this facility for a long time. The rooms were very neat and organized. We have had church serve here for the last 8 years. I have seen activity going on at the facility that's something the residents seen to enjoy, they have family and friends' day at the facility annual and the residents has a great time. The residents appear to Happy. And that's the main goal. "

"This facility is mostly for the elderly. As i walked in i notice how fancy the place was decorated. It was really clean and it smelled like Olive Garden. If you're a fan of Olive garden than that's not a bad thing. The food looked delicious. The staff was nice. I was greeted a few times before making conversation with one of the nurses. She explain to me about the importance of making sure the residents are taking they're medication and enjoying they're time where as much as possible. The nurses have a lot of passion in what they do. Doing the conversation a resident over heard us talking and co-sign the things the nurse was stating. I really liked that. "

"My mother was at The Landings of Rocky Mount Mills up until three weeks ago. She's not there anymore. The place was wonderful. What I liked best about the community is it's very clean and they have activities for the seniors. What I liked least is they have nothing for them to do on the weekends. She was there for a couple of months. The staff was good. I didn't taste the food, but I was there when they fed them and they gave them a weekly menu and everybody seemed to enjoy the food. It was clean enough that you could eat off the floor. They did get them out."

"WOW I WALK IN THIS FACILITY AND I THOUGHT I WAS IN THE WRONG PLACE!! THIS PLACE HAD DID A COMPLETE U TURN FROM A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO THEY REBUILT THE FRONT ENTRANCE, REMODEL THE ROOMS AND DINING ROOM!! TOP IT OFF THE STAFF ARE PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN AND CNN THEY HAVE A RCD THAT'S SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT SHE DOING "
