"My brother and sister-in-law are at The Enclave. It's a house with only six residents. It's beautiful, new, and always clean. The staff is very good. Hospice is giving my brother most of his care at this time. The dining room is beautiful, and it has a big brown table that seats eight people. Their meals are on time, and the food we had was very good. They have outings, and they have a family room off the kitchen."

"My mother is living in Woodard's Retirement Village. They seem to be taking good care of my mother. It is clean and neat. There are always at least two attendants where my mother is. She has dementia, and it has gotten bad, and they seem to be doing a good job taking care of her. I have been there several times, at several meals, and the food seems adequate. There seems to be a good variety, a good menu. "

"My grandmother just moved in at Somerset Court of Goldsboro. The room was fine, and she likes the dining area. They have bingo, puzzles, church, and grooming services. "

"I have found Goldsboro Assisted Living & Alzheimer's Care for my mom, and I have been very satisfied so far with that. It's locally owned by a family in Goldsboro. They don't have all that many patients. They have 28 for assisted living and probably that many in the Alzheimer's section, which is locked separate from where my mom is. Goldsboro was able to take my mom. She gets the care that she needs there, plus they're doing therapy and other things. It is also a lot more affordable. She has memory issues, but she is not in the Alzheimer's unit. She is blind, and when she was at the last facility, they lost one of her hearing aids, so she's barely been able to hear anything. My mom needs assistance eating, she needs assistance dressing, and she needs assistance getting bathed. She needs assistance doing just about everything she does, and they're providing it. I have no complaints from what I've seen. I've not been around all that many staff, but as far as the administration and the lady that's in charge of all the patient care, I would give them a 5. My mom is not complaining. Also, she has no complaints about the food. They have activities, but when you're blind and can't hear, it's hard to engage in the activities that they have. They provide activities for the patients that are there. It's not one of the newest facilities, but it's one of the cleanest places you'll ever go in. They have a salon, a front porch, and an outside area that they can be taken to, but they don't have a gym."

"Lagrange Garden is a long way from us but the facility is clean. My brother is well taken care of, and he's happy. I asked him about the food and he says its good, and he's been putting on weight. Rooms are clean but it's not too big. "

"I have been coming to this facility for a long time. The rooms were very neat and organized. We have had church serve here for the last 8 years. I have seen activity going on at the facility that's something the residents seen to enjoy, they have family and friends' day at the facility annual and the residents has a great time. The residents appear to Happy. And that's the main goal. "

"My aunt has been at Snow Hill Assisted Living for three months now. We chose this facility because my aunt was in a particular financial situation where she made too much for Medicaid, and her skill levels were not enough for them to go on the Medicaid program, so they had to take her income and work with that. Snow Hill Assisted Living was willing to do that. It was a very nice a facility. I really like the way it looked -- how clean it was and everything. The staff and everything were fine. There is no issue with that. Thus far, I've been impressed with them. "

"The Landings of Smithfield was well-kept and clean. The staff seemed to be appropriately working. The executive who assisted me with the tour was very pleasant, very friendly, courteous, and professional. They had a TV room and they had games for the memory care residents. They had outdoor seating, too."

"My sister was there about 8years in the Alziheimers unit. There were times I had to ask at the desk for some one to clean the bathroom, feces on toilet, clean sticky room floor from spills. My sister was left unatted by a worker named Jasmine, and she fell out of the wheel chair and broke the skin on her head. Jasmine was ask by the daughter not to leave her mother unattended. Failed many times while there and was taken to the hospital. A police report was filed but no actions were taken. My sister died while still living there in the hospital. Her daughter never received a condolance card from The Wilson facility. I would not send a dog there. The facility could use a complete over haul of stall workers especially Barbara the director. Annjanette, the supervisor is not doing her job of following up, on those she is suppose to be supervising and training. My sister was in Hospice and were in pain. I went to the desk to see if the nurse left medication for pain. The evening lady at the desk did not know my sister was in Hospice. What does that tell a family member? So very unprofessional.. "

"This facility is mostly for the elderly. It's 1 mile from the hospital and its built like an apartment style habitat. Most of the residents here can take care of themselves. There are also parts of the facility for residents that need nursing assistant. I really like how they provide a higher level of service for the elderly such as preparing meals, medication assistance, housekeeping, regular check in's and laundry. The Residents are friendly and down to earth. Its always a pleasure to be able to walk in a place and see people who truly care about the elderly. Two thumbs up. "

"I went to visit a loved one. The Staff was very personable and friendly. They were good with my grandfather and helped him accomplish his daily activities and responsibilities. It was a very clean facility and the where also very sanitary and medically most of the staff followed medical procedures to prevent the spread of infection and contamination. There were a few issues that i felt some of the CNA or personal care workers did not follow like for example, hand washing which was and is very important. This is very concerning especially being in a hospital or assisted living facility. In other words, hand washing is very important because these people are old or their immunity is down so wash your hands! Other than that the staff was great and didn't have any other issues. My grandfather loved it and was there for approximately 4 months but passed away but did enjoy his time there! "

"I have a family member here and she really love the unite in the memory care. They have a new memory care coordinator there and she does a real good job and it good to see new resident coming in to fill the place up. Staff are great with the resident and most of all you can feel and see the love they have for the residents too. "

"The facility was clean, the staff was attentive to the residents. The residents were given activities that were set to their level of abilities and some participated in the running of a snack store. Most of the residents appeared happy. "

"My mother moved into Trinity Retirement Villas #1. I'm totally satisfied with their services. That's the highest recommendation I could give. There's continuous staff, and nurses are there, and also hospice is involved in taking care of my mother. The care is excellent, and the meals are home-cooked and good; there's no take out. It's a clean community. My mom is sick at times, and they help care for nausea, dizziness, and normal things that happen with people her age. I have been there with her when she was a little under the weather, and they're right there with me as I sit with her. She's in a semi-private room, and they have a day room that all the residents can go to and watch TV. The room is an adequate in size for two people. I go in and see their dinner menus, and I see food that I would like to eat myself. The building is very accessible. It's very good."
