"My mother used Wakemed Home Health. They helped out with everything and provided her medicine. All of their workers provided excellent services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and social work. We have zero complaints. We would definitely give them a recommendation. "The caregivers that CenterPeace sent to assist my husband through the last six years of his life were kind, professional and caring. They brightened Paul’s last days and provided excellent support. CenterPeace owners, Genel and Tammy were always flexible and accommodating to our needs and we were very fortunate to be able to rely on their services. John arrived *exactly* on time and greeted Paul with a warm, cheerful smile EVERY SINGLE DAY! Ebrima was a professional, kind and supportive caregiver as well. What a wonderful agency!"

"My husband has been at home for about three weeks now. People from Transitions are helping me to care for him. Right now, a CNA is here. My husband is bed-bound. And they're giving him a bath in the bed. They do that twice a week, and the nurse comes once a week. They check his vitals to see if there are any changes. They are providing the medicine. Some he was already getting. They took him off of a couple and switched out to keep his anxiety levels at a reasonable level. The people from Transitions are very friendly. They are gentle and also concerned for me, things like that. So, I have found them to be very good."

"I have been using 3hc since October 14. I chose them because they respond quickly and they were able to provide excellent caregivers. I have three caregivers who are on a shifting schedule. They are knowledgeable, patient, and caring. The nurse gave me her personal cell phone number and she visits me on Sundays and that was something special. "

"We used Brightstar Care of Cary. I had no problems with the caregiver. Somebody was coming here once a week. I had no complaints with the care he got at all. The caregiver was lovely. She was a very nice person. He was happy with it. The person did an excellent job. Scheduling was fine. It met my needs. I had no problem whatsoever. Communication with the agency was excellent. They provided care to my husband. They were respectful of my home and of him and my wishes. They personally sat with him and made sure he had lunch and that he was safe/not escaping out of the house."

"The therapists from Legacy Healthcare Services are here from Monday thru Friday, and they're awesome people. They are helpful, on top of everything, and they work hard to make my husband do something, and it's really hard to make him do anything. They don't give up on him. I don't have any complaints about them."

"We hired the services of Allcare Home Health. The caregiver they assigned to us was a good fit, but since she's of a South African descent, her accent makes it extremely hard to understand sometimes. That was the issue we had addressed with my dad, it took a while for us to understand her. They came in from 7:00PM to 12:00MN for 7 days a week. They were willing to provide help with bathing, but we also already had someone at home doing that so there wasn't a need for them to do that. The cost was $23 to $25 an hour, which to me was pricey. We just want somebody there in case he fell. Plus he gets sundowners as well. We had an instance with one of the lady caregivers who couldn't attend to my dad that night because she had an emergency. She called someone to take her place, but the lady who took her place fell asleep in the den and my dad ended up outside at about 11:00 at night. So we were very displeased with that. Even when my sister found my dad and came back inside with him, she was still asleep. That's unacceptable, especially with the amount of money we're paying. One incident was that the lady they recommended which I eventually hired, she got a little offended that I asked for her credentials. It seems nobody has asked for her credentials before and everybody showed them in, and I guess she felt that I could have just trusted the agency. But my dad was too important for me. She did show them to me, she had a CNA certification. In fairness, the supervisors did an excellent job. They're very accommodating and tried to help us, so I think the administrative and leaders were fantastic. I'm just a little disappointed with the personnel. I don't want to be a messenger of negativity just because of our bad experience with this agency, there were also some good things about it."

"Medi Home Health Agency has a 24-hour nurse on call, weekly nurse visits, and a nurse's aide to help bathe my father. They also help with his medicines and provide him with any equipment needed. So basically, they've been a really big help dealing with this. I have one coordinator and then there are different people in charge of the different kinds of care. They've been really good to me. I'm not a super high-maintenance person. So, it's definitely gone above my expectations for them. I haven't had to pay for anything since everything's gone through Medicare, so that's been seamless. Also, they call when they're coming. I guess they're not supposed to come if no one answers, but they know the situation/why he's there. So, they've actually gone above that and showed up. The people that I've dealt with are very caring and very good."

"This is worst home health agency. Maxim sent a caregiver who had mental breakdown while our son was alone with her and we were away from home. Caregiver took her clothes off when we came back home and could not communicate with us. I had to call police. Police called EMS. She would not communicate with police or EMS staff. I believe she is still in hospital after two weeks. "
