"After 3 months here, my father went from hospice to being up and moving around. Amazing improvement. My dad has a very large private room with private bathroom/shower. They offer activities like a prom, a car show, and daily activities. The Admissions Director Bianca cares on a personal level about everything that goes on here. Michelle at the front desk is a pleasure. The nurses, assistants, front desk folks...everyone has been great."

"The assisted living program at Windsor Point was very nice. The home was very clean and the staff was friendly. The thing I liked the most about the facility was the appearance of the patients. They looked very well cared for. We decided to wait until we put him in a home but if we decide to he will be placed in to this home. We know he will be fed and he will also be able to watch television and be comfortable as if he were home. It has the feeling of a regular home instead of a hospital. "

"Springbrook Rehabilitation & Nursing Center has been very excellent. It's a newer facility, or at least it looks new. It's very clean, the walls are nicely painted, and the grounds are nicely cared for. I like the bird feeders out in front of the windows, and they keep up with the grounds. It seems very modern, and at the same time it's well kept, so it's nice. Everyone's been very nice to me and my mom. They are a little short-staffed, but it's worked out well for my mom because she has a little bit of mobility, so she can get to the bathroom on her own when they're not coming quickly. I think the staffing issue is kind of a problem, which is the same for all the facilities right now is what I've understood, but that would probably be their only downfall, but I don't think it's their fault. I think it's just a problem right now. Just from talking to my mom, I think she likes the food. The facilities are very good."

"If you are looking for a place to put your loved one this is the place! The hospital said they had no room but I went by and Cynthia said we do! They had mom moved from the hospital that same day! We were pleased with her care. Maria & Manwella took great care of her. Mom really enjoyed the bingo and church service among other things. They kept the room clean and saw to make sure she had the best care. She had good food as well. Thank you to all the staff for her care! You all are like family now."

"My precious mom was the 3rd resident at BellaRose. The facility is beautiful and the CNA's and nurses are caring, thoughtful, and compassionate. My mom lived there from December 6th, 2017 through July 11, 2018. During her stay there she was always very happy, very well taken care of, felt safe, and as her daughter, I had peace of mind. My beautiful mom lived with us for over 2 years before she was no longer able to manage getting around our home. She was in a wheelchair most of the time. She could walk a few steps with her hemi walker which meant the caring staff did a lot for her. She loved the various loving ministries that would visit each week singing and sharing the Gospel. Her favorite hairdresser now works there and she got her hair done beautifully every Tuesday. Diane, the admissions officer, is an angel from heaven. Julia at the front desk was always a warm loving greeting coming and going. Julia and Diane, loved all the patients and would visit with them each day. Any issues my mom had, being in a new facility, were taken care of immediately and effectively. The nurses always kept me aware of any changes I needed to know about, which for me was everything! When my sweet mom was hospitalized again in April 2018, BellaRose assured us that although the doctors advised palliative care, they would be the ones to bring her back to her best health and they did just that! The on-sight doctor is one of the best physicians we've ever had. I know from lots of experiences with my mom that this is not always true. After 100 days of extraordinary PT and OT my sweet mom walked further with a walker than she every had since her stroke. The morning my precious mom went home to our Lord Jesus Christ, the CNA's, who truly loved my mom, combed her hair, put on her jewelry, changed her into one of her favorite tops, and put lipstick on her to make her look like an angel. I get tears in my eyes just thinking about how much care, love, compassion, and attention my sweet mom received on the day she went to heaven. As I come to the 1 year anniversary of no longer hearing my sweet mother's voice, morning, noon and night, I praise God for sending me to BellaRose! I would highly recommend this place to any family looking to have their loved one taken care of when they can no longer be at home. "

"This is the third visit for my husband. I live almost two hours away but the care he recieved at the center is worth the drive. Staff member Susan who works in the admission office is a blessing. The staff on the floor is the best. Food and the therapist I have no complaints. If I could give the Brian Center 100 stars I would."

"My mother was a resident of Smithfield Manor for three months. The staff is the thing that made this a good community. It was people who had worked there for many, many years. You could tell that they cared about their job and their residents. It was skilled nursing, so a lot of people were in beds. But they had lots of physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy."

"NC State Veterans was a fairly new place and impressive from the little I saw of it. It was clean, airy, peaceful and without that antiseptic smell. Also, I have heard good reviews from friends of my husband who went there. "

"I visited this facility last week. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. I talked to a few residents and they seemed fine staying there. Although the facility itself is average and older I felt comfortable with interacting with everyone there."

I am having pizza delivered Wednesday around 1 pm for the wonderful staff who care for my dad. He will be 90 years old this month. "My husband is now at Highland House. I highly recommend them. They do a good job. The rooms are very nice. The dining area is adequate. They serve good meals too. If you can't go to the dining room, then they bring it to your room for you. The staff members are very good. When they come into your room, they're cheerful. They treat the patients like they care about them. They also show them respect. My husband was a chaplain, and the staff will call him, "Chaplain," whereas at the other places, they don't. They're really respectful. Also the place is very neat and clean."
