My mother was a resident of Smithfield Manor for three months. The staff is the thing that made this a good community. It was people who had worked there for many, many years. You could tell that they cared about their job and their residents. It was skilled nursing, so a lot of people were in beds. But they had lots of physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
