We toured The Manor at Edgewater. We weren't really comfortable with that facility. I mean, it's a house. It's someone's home. The caretaker who was there at the time was very difficult to understand. She had a very thick accent. The owner was not there, so we just had to talk to the lady there at the time, and she couldn't really show us a lot because she was also managing the patient. The facility wasn't bad, but there was an odor to it.

I toured The Manor at Edgewater. The bedrooms were in complete disarray. The lady who met us was clearly in poor health and she could barely walk. She was older and said, 'It's just me, 24/7.' The kitchen was beautiful and clean, but the bedrooms were not. There's no housekeeping, and the people there have to take care of their rooms. The rooms were semi-private with shared bedrooms.
