I went to visit a loved one. The Staff was very personable and friendly. They were good with my grandfather and helped him accomplish his daily activities and responsibilities. It was a very clean facility and the where also very sanitary and medically most of the staff followed medical procedures to prevent the spread of infection and contamination. There were a few issues that i felt some of the CNA or personal care workers did not follow like for example, hand washing which was and is very important. This is very concerning especially being in a hospital or assisted living facility. In other words, hand washing is very important because these people are old or their immunity is down so wash your hands! Other than that the staff was great and didn't have any other issues. My grandfather loved it and was there for approximately 4 months but passed away but did enjoy his time there!
