I have been coming to this facility for a long time. The rooms were very neat and organized. We have had church serve here for the last 8 years. I have seen activity going on at the facility that's something the residents seen to enjoy, they have family and friends' day at the facility annual and the residents has a great time. The residents appear to Happy. And that's the main goal.

I have never in my life seen a place so degusting ,the resindents dont have any ice water!!! CNAs setting in residents rooms!! Some one needs yo do something!!!! The rooms and restrooms didn't get cleaned all weekend!!! there was BM on 0toilets!!residents that were bef ridden stayed in the same postion from Friday till Momday!@ I would not even put my dogs there to stay!!! it is so nasty!!! Staff rude ,dont help with anything!!!!!! the residents look if they had not ever had a bath!!!! the sadest thing I have ever seen!! Garbage over flowing in residents rooms as well as outside!! I worked in long term care for 36 years!!!! I have never seen anything like this!!! God please help this place!!!

My aunt is in Fremont Rest Center. I wouldn't recommend it. My aunt has dementia, so she's a little hard to handle, but they resolve that issue by locking her in her seat where she can't get up. She would sit there all day, so her condition quickly deteriorated. Too many people are allowed to roam free and interfere. They could go into someone else's room. It doesn't seem that they are being moderated too well, so that's an issue. Some of the staff doesn't seem to be well educated, which I feel led to my aunt being locked into that seat. I don't think they're abreast to the new rules or standards of care.
