This facility is mostly for the elderly. As i walked in i notice how fancy the place was decorated. It was really clean and it smelled like Olive Garden. If you're a fan of Olive garden than that's not a bad thing. The food looked delicious. The staff was nice. I was greeted a few times before making conversation with one of the nurses. She explain to me about the importance of making sure the residents are taking they're medication and enjoying they're time where as much as possible. The nurses have a lot of passion in what they do. Doing the conversation a resident over heard us talking and co-sign the things the nurse was stating. I really liked that.

Heritage Retirement Center was nice and quiet. Most of the staff that I met during the tour were friendly, but they didn't seem to be too professional. I was also surprised that they didn't have nurses on staff. The atmosphere was just kind of disruptive. Things didn't seem organized. But I liked the fact that they take their residents to different social events. They also would take the residents to their doctor's appointments. They had a beautiful garden in the facility.
