The management is excellent. They are very caring and work to promote a caring atmosphere. My sister has been there for other 10 years and I have seen workers come and go. No facility is any better than the workers are on a given day. The majority of the time Best of Care has very good workers. The facility is kept very clean and the food is good. My sister is well taken care of. I talk to the staff about weekly and they are always responsive. I live out of state but talk to my sister on the phone several times a day and visit several times a month so I know what's going on there. My sister enjoys bingo and anything outdoors.

I came and looked and visited this nursing home, and honestly the cnas are not professional. They scream and don't have any patience with the residents. Which is why I chose not to put my mother at Best of Care.

Best of Care only has 25 beds. Our relative has been there for a week now. I like the fact that it is very homey. It is small, and you get to know the other residents very quickly. The cook will come out and visit the residents to see what their likes or dislikes are. There is a beauty parlor on site.
