So far I haven't seen nothing wrong. We put dad there about a month ago and we are very happy so far. The staff seems to be caring and I like this place.

The Rooms are in terrible shape their 100 hall unit is infested with bed bugs several residents had to be moved and their bed thrown out. The 200 unit it infested with ANTS which are always in the residents clothing you can see bites from both insects on the residents The 300 infested with cock roaches VERY bad! This place needs the HEALTH DEPARTMENT to come in and thoroughly inspect the facility. This is suppose to be a lock facility, NOT TRUE the residents are sometime not monitored and at times able to get out and go out on the busy street without anyone know. The facility door is so old that you have to push the door several times for it to lock. I can go on and on. I recommend if you're considering putting your love one here get ask for records from the health department. The Administrator is new and has no clue how to run the building. I had to remove my mother from this place due to the brushing that they didn't know where they came from. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVE ONE IN HERE PLEASE I KNOW FROM EXPEREINCE. OWNER IS MONEY HUNGRY AND DON'T HAVE A CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE

We had my mom at Durham Ridge for a while and the facility was very nice. I was very impressed with the place. It seemed to be very well run. Their staff are very nice. They have various activities during the day although I'm not sure what they are. One night when I was there, they had somebody come in with the guitar and play and sang to the people.
