Believe me, this is not the place for your loved one. I don't know how in God's name they received a 5 star rating. Impossible! Rooms in poor condition with roaches visible. Little or no personal grooming for residents. Staff not communicative with family about patient's care.

My grandmother was a resident here for hospice care, she was on the fourth floor in the Schulman Building. The staff was wonderful, they always made sure she was comfortable. My family and I visited early in the morning to late at night and everyone we interacted with was so kind, they made us relax knowing she was in such good care.

My Mom was hospitalized there and so they got her into their nursing facility. The staff were prompt every time we have a concern or we need something. She was well taken care of but she prefers to be home with me. The food is fine and she eats all her meals.
