Brightview Wayne was beautiful. It offered everything you would need, but it doesn't have a pool. It had a nice center, park-like area, that you could sit and enjoy. The apartments were beautiful. They had different sizes, but expect to pay a high rent because they pay for everything, like all the utilities. They provide three meals a day, different activities, lovely new apartments, beautiful kitchens, and bathrooms. They're made specifically for older people, like the walk-in showers, and sliding doors to the bathrooms, which is very good for an older person who's in a wheelchair or would need help. They're really beautiful apartments. They had open models, so I stopped in and they showed me three or four models and took me throughout the entire building. The staff I met were very nice. They also offer housekeeping with their own staff. It's huge. Everything is new. It's a very nice apartment building. You can decorate your door any way you like.

I toured Brightview Wayne. They are the only ones that have a washer-dryer in the room. It's also new. They have no pool, but there's like a patio with grills. The person that took me around was informative. The price was high, but it was transparent what the price was going to be. The room was nice. It had a separate living room, dining room, and bedroom. It had the most square footage of any place I saw. It's the one I liked the best.
