I liked Mira Vie at Montville very much out of all the ones that I've seen. It was very warm and inviting. The staff was very friendly and it pretty much had everything that my mom would need. The facilities were very, very clean. It's not a brand new facility but everything seems to be well-maintained and very spacious. The lady who gave the tour was very good, too.

My cousin is in Mira Vie at Montville. It's very nice and very clean. There are no odors or anything like that. They redid the whole inside. It's been repainted and recarpeted. They redid the rooms. They did quite a bit of work there. The staff is very good. I think they're a little bit understaffed, but those that I've met and worked with have been very kind and very concerned that they're doing a good job. They have a nice little library, a movie room, and a game and activity room where you can do puzzles or play games. They have several little rooms, outside balconies, and a gazebo where you can go out and relax or take the puzzles with you or take the games with you. The food is OK. It's nothing spectacular, but it's certainly palatable. They need to increase the number of staff. They need to increase the nursing staff as well. They used to have quite a few nurses there. Now, as far as I can see, they only have one. It's a small place but it's still not enough.
