Upon first walking through the doors and meeting Donna, I instantly realized that Delaney was the best decision for my mother. After searching for a few months, no other options compared to what Delaney had to offer. The apartments are beautiful and quite spacious. My mom relocated from Florida back to NJ after our dad passed. The staff and residents couldn't have been more welcoming, making her feel like family right from the start. The attentive staff at Delaney has truly exceeded expectations, providing excellent care and assistance—from organizing fun activities and social events to their support with doctors' appointments. She has been living there for five months and calls it home! I couldn't be happier for my mother.

I had the opportunity to visit Delaney at the Green during their Grand Opening celebration. The warmth welcome of the management teams and staffs made the guest feels at home. I'm was so impressed with independent living units/apartment. Each unit offers unique layout with state of the art amenities. The units are perfect for seniors who demand perfection. The lobby is so welcoming and truly represent a high end senior's living. facility.

I'm moving into The Delaney at The Green. Because it's new and probably only half-filled, it means that the people who are moving in there will be my age. I liked the idea that nobody else had lived in the apartment before. I have a one-bedroom apartment with one bathroom, a den or office, where I'll put a desk and that'll be where I'll do my paperwork. Everything was new and the kitchen was beautiful with granite-looking countertops. It had a full kitchen and everything was full size. You don't buy in. It's just a month-to-month rent. They would serve 3 meals a day, but breakfast was more of a continental breakfast. So, there would be pastries and there was the cappuccino machine, and the coffee's wonderful. There would be fruit cups and hard-boiled eggs. This was a buffet and you just take what you want. For the other meals, you go in and order what you want. The staff was very knowledgeable, and I thought everything was wonderful there. What they do there is they give you $500 that's included in your monthly fee. So, you're going to pay that whether you use it or not. But then if you go over $500, it will be extra and you'll get billed for it. The building itself was very contemporary, which might not be my style, but it felt delightful.

The process of finding the right place that fit my needs was overwhelming and stressful. I am so appreciative that the team at the Delaney took the time to learn about what is important to me and helped me navigate this process. I love the modern design, great outdoor space and prime location of the building but most importantly I love the flexibility of it being a rental! I look forward to moving in when they open.

I visited the information center after hearing about this lovely place from a friend. This is exactly what I had been looking for, but more beautiful than I could have imagined. The apartments are spacious and the amenities and grounds are gorgeous. The staff is wonderful and so helpful.
