I am very satisfied with the accommodations provided. The rooms are clean and provide a warm feeling. The staff is very pleasant. My communication and interaction with Mr. Lee has been very comforting. My questions and and any concerns are addressed promptly by Mr. Lee. I get a call from him weekly to give me updates regarding my loved one. The food is very good according to my loved one. The staff is always greet me with smiles. The staff keeps the residents engaged. There is music and games.

The staff at Sunrise of Madison was very welcoming and professional, but my father wasn't impressed because he thought that the rooms there were very small. They had a lot of activities and everybody was very nice. The place was clean and well maintained.

Sunrise of Madison was very pleasant, and the residents were highly cognitive. When I walked in, it was pretty nice. The residents were pleasantly having lunch, and it looked like the menu had many selections. You can help yourself with coffee, and there was a welcome sign out with my name on it. They tried hard to really make a good impression, and they definitely succeeded.

The experience at Sunrise of Madison was very good. The rooms were very good, and the staff, maintenance, and atmosphere were excellent. I like Sunrise of Madison a lot. I love that it had a separate living room that felt very cozy, skylights, and enclosed garden.

I visited Sunrise of Madison. It was nice outside and looked like an old-fashioned Victorian home, but I wasn’t really impressed with it when I walked around. A couple of people were sitting in the lobby and one fell off the chair but the staff didn’t seem to care. The lady who showed us around was one of the head people there, and I wasn’t very impressed with her, either. She was late; we had to wait a half an hour for her. She didn’t seem like a warm or friendly type of person. I didn’t see anything going on when I was there. The rooms were OK, but they weren’t as nice as the room from the other facility I visited. The facility looked clean, just older. I saw a common area upstairs that was OK. The setting was nice.

Sunrise was OK. The rooms were a little bigger. The staff was very good. The dining area is very nice but I wasn’t able to try the food. The residents were an older group and seemed complacent.

All the people who lived at Sunrise seemed very happy. The director knew every single person's name. He loved his job. The residents all loved him too. They had happy hour every day. The place was not as clean but the staff really won me over. At the time of my visit, they were painting and doing some repairs.

This is an expensive but well-maintained and competently-run facility largely populated by well-heeled, demanding residents with no shortage of petty complaints. The rooms are nice, if small, and the food is very good. There is an abundance of activities and trips, and the staff is kind and energetic.
