"It is beautiful. The staff is excellent, and everything is really good. The place is very nice. I have my own little apartment and that's like a hotel room with a kitchenette and big bathroom. The dining area is like you're going into really fancy dining, and they have assigned seating. They give you a menu to order off of so it's very nice."

"CareOne at Somerset Valley looks very good. The staff is very good, caring, and thoughtful toward my mom. The dining area is clean and has good food. They have activities like bingo, different ball games, and some small shows. She's enjoying it all."

"My parents stayed here for about three years. It was generally a good experience. We had a few problems along the way that I had to complain about as far as the housekeeping was concerned, but my parents were happy there. The food and the care were good. They had plenty of activities and kept them busy. They did very well during COVID. They lost a few people, but generally, most people stayed healthy. They were very careful about it. They had a separate dining room where you could go into the dining room if you visited your family and wanted to eat with them. It was very expensive."

"I found a nice place, Wynwood actually. I had even paid for a room for my uncle, but he passed away. All of the facilities really seemed very nice. It was affordable, which was why I chose it, but the place itself was also very nice. The staff was excellent. I was impressed with the care and the things that they had planned for the people there. My uncle would have been in the dementia unit. They even put a little bar at the end of the floor, and that was going to be a place just for the men. It seemed like they took a lot of care in making it a comfortable and happy place for the residents. From what I could see, it was very well-run. "

"Amazing staff & facility . The transition for my Mother in law to the facility , from her home was so easy ! Ida , Kennedy , Elisabeth were beyond helpful , and the therapy department stepped rite in and started services quickly upon move in. I would highly recommend this facility for any Assisted Living needs ! It is a warm , caring environment that makes such a hard transition , feel seamless THANK YOU to the entire staff for being so nice !"

"I liked that The Terraces at Lawrence is close to me because I'm the one who would be visiting my sister there. We spoke to some people and they were very friendly, and helpful, and went out of their way to try to accommodate my interest and question. Linda gave me the tour and she was great. The rooms were fine and the dining area was attractive. I especially liked the chapel that was there. I didn't see many people, but it seemed pleasantly friendly. They have games and outings to go places and movies."

"Millennium Memory Care at Monroe was absolutely lovely. The patients looked well groomed, happy, and properly cared for. We didn't pick them because they're far from us."

"Jyll, Christine and the entire staff at Heritage is the best you can find! They have kept their residents safe during the pandemic and have communicated with the families to keep them updated on the changing statuses. My father has lived in Assisted Living for a number of years and we could not be happier with the care and attention he has received. I am so thankful that Jyll has taken the necessary steps to keep her residents safe, even when those choices may not be popular. My father is a happy and healthy 90 year old, thanks to the care he has received at Heritage. Keep up the good work!!!"

"My mom was a resident of Mira Vie at Fanwood. The staff was extraordinary, unfortunately, many of those people have left because of the new management. It's a very attractive, appealing property. The staff's level of care and attention has been uniformly excellent throughout. They have quite a bit of activities."

"It is close to where we live and it would only take me about five minutes to get there from home thus the main reason why I chose this facility for my husband. The place is clean and everybody seemed to enjoy working there. His room is always clean and if he needs anything they were always there to clean it up. The staff cleans his room a couple times per day. The staff are very nice and are always there if he needed anything. They were always running in and seeing if everything was alright. If he pushes his button, they were there within a couple of minutes. They didn't let him wait. I love the food. It was very good. They had activities like sing along. They also had special people come in and do games with them and sing. They are really accommodating and my husband is well taken care of."
