When I call to say that we need changes or something like that, they're very receptive and they try to do it as soon as possible. I set up her medications. They just remind her to take it. They were very reactive; I called them, and the next day, they were at the house doing the assessment to see what was exactly needed. However, there were two occasions where I called them and did not get a response back within 12 hours.
