"I'm using Right at Home Northampton County for my mother. It has been good. The caregivers have been good, too. They provide dressing, transfers, and bathing assistance. Scheduling and billing are fair. One thing I like about them that many of the agencies don't have is that they have a three-hour minimum and not a four-hour minimum. After someone has come here and done all their responsibilities as far as my mother's concern, I couldn't see what they would do for the other hours, so I went with them because they have a three-hour minimum and not four."

Each visit is documented on a blog and shared with the team. Once a month at no additional charge a nurse calls to make a quick visit and evaluation. Another important point for us was to feel safe with our care givers visiting our home. In all aspects Believe has been professional, caring and compassionate of my mother-in-laws needs as well as our needs. We would recommend them highly. "

"I hired Always Best Care for Mom Monday through Friday. They are expensive, but that's the going rate, unfortunately. They were very reactive; I called them, and the next day, they were at the house doing the assessment to see what was exactly needed. However, there were two occasions where I called them and did not get a response back within 12 hours. On one occasion, I called them on a Friday afternoon, and they called me back on Saturday at 10:00. But, they're not bad. The person they recommended was wonderful.
