CareOne at Somerset Valley Assisted Living balances the unique physical and social needs of the individual. Our customized care plans deliver outstanding support while providing a rich and vibrant lifestyle for our residents. 35 private studio apartments in our Traditional Assisted Living; 35 private studio apartments in our secured Memory Care Community.
CareOne at Somerset Valley is appropriately staffed to manage medically complex cases (dialysis, catheters, complex medication regimens, two-person transfers, Hoyer lifts, diabetes management, self- managed trachs, and many higher care level cases that typically would be considered Skilled Nursing level care.
With a Skilled Nursing Center on-site, we also offer an extra layer of support if PT, OT or speech therapy is needed or truly skilled nursing care is required.
