My friend has moved into The Residence at Cherry Hill. I like that they watch the patients more carefully. She has her own little apartment. There's no microwave or stove in there. The place is small enough for her but still enjoyable. She is in there for assisted living, but she'll soon be moved to memory. It's very clean. They have a gentleman who comes in at least once a month, and he sings the old songs that they like, and they get up and dance. There are several activities for her to do to try and keep her mind as alert as possible. The staff is good. They're excellent staff. They're less expensive than some of the places that I've seen. And some other places weren't as clean.

We went to the Residence at Cherry Hill. This is by far the bar for us for facilities. The member of the staff who helped us, her name is Sarah, and she still calls me every single week, not to see if we're moving in there, but to check on my mother-in-law and how is she doing. She is the most kind, caring person I probably have met in my entire life.

The Residence at Cherry Hill was a lovely place and the rooms were spacious. I found them to be very wheelchair accessible. Some of the places that we toured were nice, pretty, and all, but there were too many sharp corners. It wasn't as accessible for people who were wheelchair-bound. I could only come after work and they were very nice to accommodate me. When they brought us back into the information room, they had pastries ready for us to sample and they were excellent. They were really good. They had decent activities. I was very, very impressed with this place. They look new and well-maintained. I don't know if it was recently renovated or if it was just moved to begin with, but everything was very well maintained and in good condition.

My mom will move into The Residence at Cherry Hill. Everybody was very friendly and welcoming. Sarah, the sales director there, has gone above and beyond. She is a total asset to that development. Pam was excellent. Everybody was just so friendly and welcoming and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. With such a difficult transition, they have made it so easy for me, talked to me through everything, and explained everything probably more than once. I texted Sarah at 10:00 at night and she responded right back to me. Any time I texted her, morning, noon, and night, she texted me right back. I'm amazed at her customer service. The chef came out, met us personally, and introduced himself. And then after he served us our meal, he came back out to make sure everything was okay, to explain to me if my mom has any dietary concerns, all we have to do is let him know, and he gets to know the residents there, and what they like, and don't like. They have meetings to have different things that the residents are interested in. I think they did soup for one week, and there were a bunch of different soups and stuff. If a microwave was left behind, you're able to use that. I had to purchase a microwave, and I had to purchase her coffee pot, and there's a refrigerator available there for her. We were looking at a one- bedroom and that one, somebody had left a microwave behind. But then we decided to go with the studio because of the fall risk for my mom; less space for her to fall. We went with the studio and that did not come with the microwave, but easily remedied with $60.

We have moved into The Residence at Cherry Hill. We chose them because of our visit here and talking with the people. They were easier to negotiate with than the other places. They have very good food. Last night we had crab cake, italian wedding soup, carrots, and rice. Their food is excellent. They have almost everything: class, bingo, and trips. They have bus tours, and they just go around riding the bus. The staff are wonderful. They just respond very quickly if you need them.

The Residence at Cherry Hill was just OK, it was nothing special, nothing really bad. The only thing I didn't like was they had people with dementia or Alzheimer's disease sitting at tables by themselves with difficult coloring pages and that's not appropriate for a memory care unit. It's too difficult for the residents. The staff I met were very nice, I didn't meet very many staff. I met the receptionist, the sales director, and the nursing director as well. They had an enclosed outdoor garden space that was lovely, and residents were able to go in and out as they pleased. It was a large outdoor garden area, so I did like that. I thought that the activities could be improved. There wasn't anything that I thought was an appropriate activity for folks with dementia or Alzheimer's. It's an old building, I think the building is 10 or 15 years old, it needs a remodel, but they told me that it was going to be remodeled, and it was within the next couple of months from March.

I went but it was just too small for my parents, and I wanted a larger community for them. The staff was wonderful, lovely, the residents were very active, and engaging in conversation as we toured. They had activity rooms, but it was a little more costly.

I liked how it was set up. It was pretty good. They were keeping the dementia patients active while we were there. The rooms were adequate and nice-sized, and the bathroom facilities were great. The staff was very good. They have a library, a recreation room, and a social gathering type of place.

It was a very nice place. The people gave me the impression that they liked it there, and it was clean. The staff was friendly and wonderful. I observed that people had enough to do, and it seemed like everybody was busy. The room was great.

My mother moved in. The people are very friendly, and they have a lot of activities that anyone can get involved in. When you walk into the place, you can sense that the people care about the residents, treat them with respect, and everyone is busy doing something. Her room is small, but it's good for her. The food is good, the service is quick, and she's happier there. I wish it was the first place I placed my mother. They need to update the room. Everything is clean, but it's older. They have rocking chairs out front, a courtyard, and a walking trail, which is nice.

My parents had only been there for a short time, and they're having a hard time adjusting, but the place itself is clean, and we're happy so far.

My dad is here and I like it. It is fine. He’s only been in there a week or so, and now he is back in the hospital. It is nice in the assisted living side, but the dementia ward is quite bare and doesn’t look like they do much. On the assisted living side, they play Wii and other things at night and go on little trips. They are very caring to my father. I think they need a little more staffing for the memory care. The other side is really nice, which is why I chose it, and then we wound up in the dementia care. I chose it for the assisted living, and the price was good.

My mother will be moving in. I liked that this place is cheerful and clean, and there were a lot of activities. The staff was very personable. We haven’t tasted the food yet, but their menu seemed very varied. They also seemed very willing to work with my mother's dietary restrictions.

My mom is here. We chose it because we just feel comfortable doing it for my mother. It is very nice, and her friends are in there. As far as the care that she needs, I think it is fine. My mom is in the memory care, so it may not be extensive, but they do have activities for them during the day. The people that we talked to seem to be very caring and knowledgeable, and the facility itself feels homey.

It was really nice. It was excellent, but when they told me that if my mother runs out of money she has got to go, I thought maybe she'd go on Medicaid because some places do. The staff was very nice, very good. The rooms were very nice. I liked it, but it turned me off when they said that when she runs out of money she's got to go.

I moved my mom in, and so far it's excellent. Mom likes the food and she likes her room. The staff has all been very nice. I visited three others, and this is the one I picked because I like it the best. It’s clean, and the people are friendly. They have rehab, they do shopping once a week, and they have activities all throughout the day.

It was my second choice among the places that I visited. During my visit, the staff were very helpful, upbeat and seemed very caring. The rooms were decent and they had services that I thought were very nice. They did the laundry and all sorts of other things. They offered the residents three meals a day. However, I did not like that it was an older group and smaller population, since my sister was only 67 years old and I wanted her in a place where there were more younger residents.

It is very clean. My wife said it was immaculate. The rooms were nice, spacious, and airy. The people were very nice, very kind. They gave us a very nice tour. They even brought the chef out to talk to us about food which I thought was very nice. We met with the manager. Everything about it we liked. I know they had bingo. They had like a small movie theater in there that you could go see if you wanted to. Some of the people that were there actually had their own cars and I know they took them to different places by bus. There's a bus tour for them. I know they went to casinos. They had a lot of arts and crafts there. As a matter of fact, they were making ceramics and bird houses when we were there.

We placed our mother in law here. She's been there for 2 months. What stands out in this place is the cleanliness, the professionalism and their confidence. They really know how to help someone transition into that kind of living. They did everything right. The system is very nice. I will highly recommend it.

We had friends who stayed here until they passed away. It looked like a very clean place. They gave us a meal there and the meals were excellent. The service was good. Regarding staff, I knew that our friends who we were visiting knew everybody by their first names, so they got along well with all of the staff there.

It was small which meant it did not have enough people to do the activities I was interested in. It was an older building and was not built as a nursing home or assisted living and I did not see handicapped facilities built into the rooms unlike the newer facilities that were built for this purpose.

It seems to be the cleanest and the nicest place. It is a vibrant and a newer facility. It looks inviting and beautiful. My mom has a very nice apartment with a little living room and a little kitchenette. She is satisfied with the apartment itself. The staff is very pleasant. They seem courteous, accommodating and caring.

I visited this facility to see my friends mom. This place has everything you can need. They take good care of your loved ones, that they feel at home. They give assistance with daily chores like dressing , bathing. They have trained staff who are available 24/7 to help and take care of people. They even provide transportation for visiting the doctor. This place s really awesome , I am sure that every one feels like home and are happy here. They live like a family here. Really a great place.

We visit this facility every weekend and spend some time with my friends uncle. This place is really awesome. They provide direct assistance with everyday tasks, like bathing, dressing and meals and all day to day activities. They have trained professionals to take care of all these people and they treat them so well like their own familiy members. You will find a homely atmosphere in this place. They do even help with transportation to doctor appointments. This place is really cool. That is why prefer to spend time here instead of going to a movie or shopping.
