"Everything about Bowman Place at Olde Bedford was great. Our tour experience was fantastic. The director was a true pro and she's nice. The whole staff was incredibly nice and they knew their stuff. The place is only a year old, so the finishes were pristine. It was beautiful that I even wanted to live there. They had granite countertops and high ceilings. It's just incredible. They also had onsite physical therapy. We had lunch there and it was awesome. It was all homemade. Their chef takes great pride in what he does and the residents raved about it. The food was delicious, even the cheesecake. They do happy hours or coffee daily, they have speakers come in and talk, a gorgeous library, and gorgeous living spaces. It was all instantly appealing."

"Evergreen Place was nice. The attitude of the staff was beyond compare. They care about their residents. They spent a lot of time with them and there's a lot of activities going on all the time. The residents have a tremendous social life and it was just a one hundred percent beautiful place. They have a beauty parlor and all sorts of amenities. Their dining room was spacious, too."

"My family considered Leominster Crossings because we felt everything was high quality. The staff was fabulous and the accommodations were lovely. We visited many times and they were in the running all the way for all the right reasons. The issue was the cost, so mom ended up going to a different facility "

"I recently visited Manor on The Hill and was so happy with my tour. There logo states "The difference is caring" and I felt that on my tour andmeeting the staff and residents everyone looked so happy. They had a great activity going on which the residents seemed to love. We stayed for lunch and it was wonderful. My Mom kept telling she is not ready for assisted living and after the tour she said "when can I move in". "

"Sunrise of Leominster is truly a gem among the assisted living facilities in the Leominster/Fitchburg area. As you approach the facility, you already get the sense that great pride is taken in providing residents with the best possible. The building is incredibly well maintained and has a wonderfully landscaped approach. Inside, the positive impression continues as each space is fresh, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The staff is incredibly professional while being personal and friendly: every one you meet greets you with a smile. The residents receive top-notch care and amenities are available to meet just about everyone's needs. While we've been visitors there, we've seen residents taking advantage of exercise classes, outings, games and reading clubs. The meals are certainly above the level you would expect from an assisted living facility and are delicious. The Sunrise of Leominster assisted living facility is someplace that definitely warrants a look when needing a placement in the Fitchburg/Leominster area. "

"I love living at Windsor Place.The people are nice, and the staff is very helpful and attentive o my needs.The nursing staff is knowledgeable as well. The activities keep me active. "

"I toured Corcoran House. All they could supply was a studio, and I was looking for a one bedroom. The facility was nice, and the girl that I spoke with was really helpful. They just didn't have what I was looking for, which is a one bedroom and a Hoyer lift. The people looked happy. The facility was clean, and the employees that I spoke to were all happy. The studio apartment was very, very small. My mother right now is in an assisted living. She has a living room and a bedroom separate from each other, and that's kind of what I want for my mom. They showed me the dining area, which was nice. They showed me an exercise area, which is also like a sitting area where all the people were. Everybody seemed happy, and that was nice. They also have an area where there's a bunch of books, like a library. It used to be a school that they turned into an assisted living place, and I liked that feature. I would give them a three for the apartment. I wasn't impressed with that."

"Hillsbrook Village at Allenstown was very nice. The place was brand new. They have an exercise room and they have activities going on like art activities and a place to play card games as a group, like a pub. They have beds for gardens on the porch area. The staff was very nice, too. I just talked to Kathy. Then they have three cafeterias and I was really surprised about that. I was really surprised with the kitchen, too. They had a lot of stuff, so it was nice. It had a chapel there as well. It's well done."

"When we first walked in, there was a bingo game in session in the beautiful parlor. To my right was a grand library in what looked like nice polished oak. The dining staff was caring and attentive and the Director was delightful. I was impressed by how friendly and patient the staff was (especially the nurses). Later on, there was an ice cream social and we got to meet many of the residents. This did not strike me as a "nursing hom" whatsoever but rather a community. There was a gentleman that played the piano and several residents even got up to dance. The front window overlooks a sweeping lawn and the property is located in a quiet, wooded area. I was told that they take field trips from time to time and was comforted by the fact that they get out often. This is definitely a place I think my grandmother will be happy and healthy for years to come. "

"EPOCH of Weston is a magnificent facility. The staff was wonderful and they are very caring. All the residents seemed very happy there and they feel very safe. They have people come in and do entertainment and things. They had dinners. They had coffee hours and all different things. I would recommend this facility. "

"I just visited my aunt recently and realized I’ve been remiss in not expressing how appreciative our whole family is with Maplewood at Westin! The staff is so wonderful! They are caring and compassionate and are full of good cheer! It is our families good fortune that we found and selected Maplewood. The decor, dining services, activities, and cleanliness could not be better! My sincere thanks to all the dedicated staff associates who make Maplewood a real hone for my aunt!!"

"Scandinavian Living Center was an absolutely lovely facility. Great staff, beautiful, lots of recreational and educational opportunities, and good food. It had beautiful rooms, small, intimate settings. You name it, they have it: music, dance, games, outside speakers coming in, and community organizations that meet in the building so the seniors can participate. You basically have a little apartment with a little bit of a kitchenette, but they had communal meals too."

"My mother is at Fairview in long-term care. It has all been done over; it's like everything is new. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. They're very good and everything is clean. The people there are very nice. I was visiting one day and they asked me if I wanted to eat with my mother. They have field trips. There is a place nearby which is called the Buttefly Place and they go there, too. The food is very good. The place is very clean, but the price is on the high side."

"My Dad is at Langdon Place and the staff are amazing. I feel that they genuinely care about the residents, and my loved one. My Dad is my world and knowing that he gets such amazing care, makes me feel very grateful. When I leave my visits, I know I leave him in great hands. Recently my Dad was put on hospice care. It is a service that adds to the already great care he receives. Thank you all for what you do, and who you are, that makes Langdon Place a wonderful place for my loved one!! Special shout out to Pat from hospice! She has added so much to the already great care he gets, every day! Thank you all for what you do for my beloved Dad!!!!"
