"Someone recommended Right At Home to me for helping with care for my mother who had been in and out of the hospital with problems getting back to normal daily functioning. She also has some increasing dementia. The Right At Home aides were very professional and motivated. My mother was somewhat resistant to having help, although we really needed it for her and the aides were used to dealing with differing moods of the clients and it seems that their training is very thorough, so they are very accepting and understanding. I found the service to be very flexible when we needed to add a shift or move things around, as long as we adhered to the contractual notice period. "This agency came to our rescue when our mom had fallen and had multple fracturs of her pelvis, sternum and neck. She was residing in an wonderful assisted living facility but she was now requiring more support than could be provided for her in assisted living. We offered to find help so she could stay in this facility, her home, and we called on Shannon to see if she could help us out. Within a day, she had come to meet our mom and was off and running to support us with this new challenge. She came with a confident, kind, experience that we loved. She came to help our mom with showers, dressing, and getting to breakfast in the dining room by early morning. Shannon was felxible and helped us as we navigated how many days we needed her and how much time she needed with our mom to accomplish the care . She could not have been easier to work with and she helped us build a plan that was individualized for our mom. She worked with the nurses and aides, so as not to duplicate services. "SYNERGY HomeCare Nashua has been really good so far. They're very helpful and they're there for everything that we need. They're very good with the scheduling and everything as well. The caregiver mostly helps with a little bit of housework, like hanging around, cooking, and stuff like that. The caregiver is very happy, and very open to doing anything. They seemed very friendly and they had people available to answer the phones at all times no matter what the hours were. they carried a phone in which they called a "baby". They also had no problem moving shifts around to help out other employees. they were very friendly and they knew much about the patients they were working with. if you needed them to stay later or come earlier they usually had no problem doing it. i believe these people are great and will continue to tell people about the care they provide and the friendlyness as well "
