I have a very positive response about Homewatch CareGivers. I'm very comfortable having them for my wife. They help her with bathing, they do game playing, and they supervise her lunch. I'm dealing with some other people now, not the people that we had initially, but the transition was seamless and very positive. I'm very happy with who we got.

We used Home Watch Caregivers of Peterborough and Nashua once. They sent a 71-year-old woman to handle a 5'10" 180-pound man who needed to be fully transferred to the toilet. Our experience was poor. The intake person was responsive, but she brought a client with her that she left in the car. The client got out of her car looking for the bathroom and started to wander away. The intake person didn't catch her client leaving, and we could have had a lost person. The caregiver stayed for three hours to just sit and watch TV, and not even with my uncle. She sat in the family room and was on her phone. We fired the agency very kindly. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
