The caregivers help with both my mom and my dad. She was the primary caretaker, so it helps bring some stress off of her. The caregivers have helped the most by taking to appointments and doing light housework. My mom gets to go out and be a little more independent while not worrying about my dad. They have been phenomenal. I like the two main people that have taken care of the client so far. They have been wonderful.

The current caregiver has had a positive impact because she sits down and chats with him. She is quite good. There was one caregiver that used to take the client driving around for errands, and he loved that. I think the current one would take him to do errands too, but he hasn't asked. I like that it's peace of mind for the client. They go in and they help with whatever he needs help with.

They've helped the most by being a wonderful provider. They talk to him and listen to his stories. I would recommend them because they have been very responsive and his main caretaker is wonderful. If his main caretaker can't come, they send someone else and they've all been good.

I can't leave my house without them there to help me. It is nice to get out of the house. They are on time and they understand what is going on with my care.

When someone first comes over it takes time to get to know people and their likes, so it'll never be perfect when they first get here, but they are great. They work with you. The business manager is great. If there's an issue.

They have helped the most by doing my weekly laundry, they make my bed, and they clean the bathroom and floors, either vacuuming or mopping. I like Visiting Angels because they are very efficient, they come on time, they do the job they have to do, and they're very pleasant.

We use them as needed, but I think the process to get somebody to come help is pretty easy and the home health aide that we have come in is extremely good with my mother-in-law.
