"We are thinking of choosing Windham Terrace for my aunt, it's an excellent facility. The staff has been very helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. The facility is clean, they've got activities, they've got hairdressing, and dining facilities and the place was very nicely laid out. They also have a gym, and salon, the place was immaculate and the hallways were very nice."

"My mother has moved into Greystone Farm at Salem. It was more of my sister's decision. Of all the places that we went to see, my sister just seemed to feel the most comfortable there. They seem to be attentive and they'll address any issues that we may have. They have singalongs, they have church services or some type of services on Sunday, and reading hour. There's a lot of different things that they do that I see on the board. The dining area seems very nice and very well stocked. The staff seems very good. They always seem to have snacks and things available between the meals. The staff is easily accessible and happy to help out whenever they can when you may have a question. It seems quite clean. I don't see anything that's alarming. It's quite expensive, but since this is the first time, I really don't have any comparison that I can use."

"My mother has been a resident at Pine Hill for a year. During that time, I have experienced the staff as caring, involved, and sensitive to her needs. Mom's room is spacious and has a nice view. She enjoys playing games and the visits from entertainers and regular exercise. The atmosphere is cozy and down to earth. Because it is a small community, the staff and residents create meaningful relationships. Your loved ones do not fall through the cracks here, the way they might in a large, less personal community. "

"I moved into Benchmark Senior Living at Nashua Crossings, and they're excellent. The staff members have been very caring. They let me do as much as I could, and then they helped me with the rest. The food is good. It's home-cooked food. They have lots of activities. I have a studio, but it's got plenty of room. They don't provide my television. I have to provide my own. My room is very clean. When I press the buzzer, they come within 5 minutes, which is excellent."

"I went to Ashland Farm at North Andover. I know they seem very nice, very helpful, and wanted to make sure that the people who live there are part of the community and not just living in their own rooms and never coming out. They want them to get out and be active. The staff was great. They have activities every day. Everything looked fine."

"Benchmark Senior Living at Robbins Brook was excellent. It was very clean, very new-looking, and warm. I only met one person and he was fine. He was great. He knew what he was talking about and answered all my questions quickly and easily."

"We were directed to Windsor Place by a Care Patrol employee. From my first phone call to Sandra and virtual tour, I got a good feeling about this facility. They were very a ccomodating about a month of respite care while we looked for a permanent home for our relative in NYC. The memory care unit staff were excellent, attentive to each individual's needs, planning varied activities each day and ensuring each resident's safety. The nurses were in regular contact with us. Sandra was always available by phone or e-mail. The owners were on the premises and always willing to speak with you. The front desk staff greeted you warmly every time that you entered. From day one, our family's experience was terrific. I would highly recommend Windsor Place to potential residents."

"Sunrise of Burlington MA's accommodations are great and the place is very nice. The memory care portion there would have cost us more money because we would have needed to hire somebody to come in for 24-hour care. They do laundry and housekeeping. The rooms were very nice. The residents came right over and were excited to talk about living there. They welcomed us and they were very sweet. They looked happy, joked around, and they interacted with us. They were very cute."

"This is a great community. My mother moved in in May and although she was very hesitant at first, the security and community has been great for her. The staff are very pleasant and kind and I feel very comfortable with her living there. She loves the food and dining options as well, and has participated in more and more activities and outing as time goes on."

"If I had to put my sister somewhere, Wingate Residences at Haverhill is where she will go. First of all, everyone was very friendly. But what I liked most about it was when you went in, you could see from one side of the building to the other. There were no corridors or hallways. The memory care was absolutely beautiful in the sense of the colors. They used bright colors like orange and lime green. Not totally, but with cream colors. And then every person's doorway was painted a different color, so they would know their doorway. You could walk from the very beginning to the end of the building, but you could still see on both sides. It was very open. I loved it. They had a butterfly walk when the butterflies come in the spring and summer. And the courtyards were very nicely done. It's just one white building, and that's it. It had assisted living and memory care all in one building. The staff that I met was fabulous."

"My mother-in-law moved into The Residence at Pearl Street 2 weeks ago. She is very comfortable and very happy there. So far, they're doing a nice job. It's a very beautiful and clean place. It was a former school, which they've done over. On the inside, they have a lot of really nice common areas with television or tables for playing cards. They have a big and beautiful dining room with sunny windows. They also have daily and weekly activities, including going shopping which they do once or twice a week. She's been able to attend church services. Right now, they're doing it televised in the residence. And then someone brings over communion for them, which is nice. She has a studio apartment with a full bathroom and a little kitchenette that has enough room for a table and two chairs, a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator, and a sink. She has a big common room that's large enough for her bed, a chair, a TV, and a big walk-in closet. They offer meals there - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But she can make herself food if she wants to. They have a beauty salon and a library, and there are washers and dryers on site. Since it's assisted living, there is an attendant that comes by every day if you need someone to help you with your medication. They bring people in to do various things like music. My mother-in-law was telling me that they had someone playing the piano and they were playing music from the 40s and 50s. She says the food is good, but she doesn't rave about it. "

"The Commons in Lincoln is excellent. The whole facility and the staff are wonderful. Mom has no complaints at all about the food. They have a swimming pool, lots of activities, and ways to get transportation to different places. If you needed more care, they have people that would come in. She has two meals per day that she could just have them take care of. They also have an exercise room, an art room, and a great room where they have music, bocce, and all kinds of other activities. They have wonderful grounds. Mom loves going for a walk so she could go for walks for around the grounds. Lincoln has many, many miles of paths and grocery stores nearby. It's just everything she needed. They have lots of concerts. Before COVID, they had children come in whom the residents had interactions with. Then they have exercise classes, as well as religious services, music, art classes, and lectures about all different topics including geography and politics."

"I saw the Benchmark Senior Living at Woburn. I thought the facility was wonderful. The woman who gave us the tour was great. They had a lot to offer. The one I interacted with seemed lovely. They had a lovely courtyard. A group had just come back from the memory care unit for a little trip outside. Some were in wheelchairs, so it didn't impede the fact that residents who were in wheelchairs were still taken out for a little drive, which I thought was lovely."
