She was the coordinator of it all. She laid it all out, and told us what things had to be done before it started, which is helpful. If I have to call and cancel or switch days, they never make me feel bad nor make you feel inconvenienced. I only had to switch one day and it was great. The people that come here are wonderful. My mom likes them, which says a lot.
