Gold Star Home Care Agency has been excellent! Every day the Health aides that come are so kind, gracious and professional. Not only do they take wonderful care of my health needs such as dressing and helping with meals and going with me to doctor and PT appointments and they are enjoyable to be with. We enjoy talking together and sometimes even doing fun projects together. I am very grateful for their experience and their presence each day.

The office managers are very helpful especially when I have to change the schedule for my Dad. Caregivers arrive on time. This allows me to be on time for my day job. All the caregivers sent to work with my Dad are very respectful. I would recommend this Agency to any one.

I highly recommend this organization. The owner is ready and available to help with our ongoing needs. The nurse in addition to being both professional and very competent is pleasant, patient and helpful.

The ladies that have been helping have been polite and willing to do what was needed at the time. They are aware of good hygiene especially now with covid. Care Assistants always arrive on time which is very helpful. They are also good at socializing . The owner is very helpful and responds to any requests immediately.

I had many questions when the doctor said "you will need someone to assist you when you get back home". I could not imagine how that would look like. With a high recommendation from family members, I hired Gold Star Home Care. Everything in my life has been made easy. The aide provided to me is compassionate and knowledgeable in what she does. The consistency of sending the same aide is unbelievable. What a great agency!!! I am so grateful to have them as my home care provider.

I’ve been struggling with multiple chronic debilitating illnesses for more than 15 years. As my condition worsened I started using agencies to provide home care. Because I live in downtown Boston there’s no parking which made it difficult for caregivers to come here, especially for overnight shifts. Since COVID, it’s became almost impossible for Anyone to get home care, and I didn’t know what to do. Then my mother found Gold Star Home Care Agency. They came with excellent references, and once I met the owner I realized why. He’s extremely knowledgeable about medicine, and the only Agency owner I’ve met who understood all of my medical conditions. He has a great gift for empathy and he really listens to his clients. He works tirelessly to provide his clients support on all levels. He is very careful with whom he hires, and provides excellent training . The aide he assigned to me has a True calling for Care. She’s kind, patient and empathetic, always on time, and very hardworking. Overnight shifts are very long and difficult, but she is always focused on me, my needs and my care. I am so grateful to both of them and I can say with absolute certainty this they are the best caregivers I’ve had in over a decade.

My family used Richard U’s services both privately and as part of gold star. I have nothing but the higher respect for his integrity and quality of care. The caregivers he assigned to care for my mother during a time of crisis were of the same caliber. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
