I'm at Villa Borega. It's a manufactured home, so it's a gated community. It's beautiful and nice. I have a three-bedroom, two-bath. It's wonderful. I love it. The staff here is wonderful. They're very kind, accommodating, and sweet. They take their time, they listen, and they'll try to work through any concerns or issues that you may have. I've had a wonderful experience here so far. They have a fully functional kitchen. They have dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, microwave, brand-new appliances, and washer and dryer. Just all the amenities. The community is very clean. A lot of the homes, they're rebuilding. I guess the homes are on a time limit of how old they could be, so a lot of them are turned down and will be putting up new ones. They got a pool, a weight room, a billiard room, and a library. It's very clean. The value for money is more than worth it. They got a special going on now. It's $99 special. When you move in, you just pay $99 for that month. The rent here is only $1,300 for a three-bedroom, two-bath, and that's wonderful.
