My husband has been at Tender Loving Home for several months now as I am unable to care for him since he was diagnosed with dementia, and I can’t say enough about the incredible care he receives. The staff treat him with such kindness and dignity, always attentive to his needs and making sure he feels comfortable and safe. It gives me such peace of mind knowing he is in such capable, compassionate hands. The facility itself is always spotless and welcoming, which makes every visit feel warm and reassuring. I especially appreciate the activities they provide — my husband lights up when he sings during karaoke, plays scrabble, or spends time with the therapy dog Ellie. After months of looking for a small homey facility for memory care for my mother-in-law, a dear friend recommended Tender Loving Memory Care & Assisted Living. The management staff had a thorough understanding of her needs. A highly trained staff sensitive to her physical and medical needs. The staff was always friendly, polite, and respectful. Very accommodating to visits anytime during the day or FaceTime visits. Spacious, private and immaculately clean private room with en-suite bathroom. Residence are encouraged to take part in activities. Games, theme days and family members taking there loved ones out. My mother-in-law was a hospice patient at the facility when she arrived. Her comfort and basic needs were looked after at all times.

I recently toured Tender Loving Memory Care & Assisted Living Home LLC. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The staff were very caring and compassionate with the residents. I spoke to one of the residents, and they were very pleased with the place. The facility is beautiful and super clean, which I think was a big plus. If you are looking for a place that your loved one(s) will be safe, well taken care of, and have a wonderful full daily life, you cannot find a better place.

I can't call this a facility. I have visited many facilities and this is more like a home. The staff is caring and compassionate. They have always warmly greeted me and I have watched them interact lovingly and engaging with the patients. Even though it is big (on a big lot with lots of rooms) they make it feel like a home. They eat together and visit with one another. No one is ever left out from being part of the family. They even have this cute dog that will come around and visit with the patients. The rooms are spacious and clean. That facility horriable smell, that has accosted me at other facilities, is not here at all. All the times, I have visited, it has been spotless.

I had a very nice tour and a very nice talk with Leo at Tender Loving Memory Care & Assisted Living Home. The place was very clean. Leo was very informative and gave me an awesome tour. I got to see the room, the living room, and the dining area with big screen TVs, and that was impressive. He took me to the kitchen and I got to see the menu. I believe I answered all the questions he wanted to hear. For me, it's in an excellent location. I clocked it at seven and a half miles from my house. Craig Ranch is just down the street from it (about a mile and a half), so if my brother does come out here, I can go pick him up and take him to the park, maybe even stop and pick up lunch and go to the park. It could vary depending upon the weather, but I thought it was very nice. I've seen staff around there working, but I didn't have any real intertwining with them or anything. There was one lady caring for a lady that was watching TV. I liked how she handled herself, but I had no interaction with any staff member other than Leo giving me the tour and talking to me. I was impressed with their kitchen and their dining area. Their front was awesome because there was no clutter out front. It was nicely groomed. There was basically plenty of parking for people to come and visit, at least on the day that I was there.
