My mother has moved into Valley View Senior Apartments. One of the important reasons why we chose them was that there was a ground level apartment available, because she has some trouble with steps. We like it. It's nice. It's well-maintained. The apartment is nice. The rent is reasonable compared to other things that I've looked at. She likes the amenities. She won't use the swimming pool, but she likes to sit in the clubhouse. There are scheduled activities available most days a month. The staff that we have interacted with have been fine. The woman who gave us the tour and explained everything the day we visited was very nice. Her name was Theresa. Then she had to call maintenance. I set it up online and they were there very quickly. I wasn't there for the visit, but my mother said they were very friendly, and very nice. She likes them, so that's a good thing.

My tour of Valley View Senior Apartments was professionally done. The staff were knowledgeable, and they were very familiar with the property. They showed me a studio-sized unit, which was 480 square feet. It was too small for me. Then they showed me a 1-bedroom that was around 600 to 650 square feet. It would have been adequate, but I really liked the 2-bedroom unit. The facility was multistory, but they had elevators, which is what I need. It was an active community, and they have an activity director. They have barbecues on the weekends, and they have activities you can attend. They have a clubhouse, and there's free coffee there. People were playing cards and stuff, so that was nice. However, they don't have a regular dining area. The smallest unit was dark and too small, but the 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom were very nice. Upstairs was very light, clean, and well laid out. The apartment was not too old. Another thing I like is that they have a heated pool outside with very nice palm trees around it. It's open all year round. They have nice areas with picnic tables and walking areas. It's quiet and really pretty. It looks more like you're walking in a resort down on The Strip. The staff who gave me the tour was really nice.

I did a tour of Valley View Senior Apartments. It was well kept, and the facilities were very nice. It was pretty large. When I first got there, there were just a couple of people in the clubhouse area watching television. I had to come back because they didn't have me down for an appointment, and they had just left for lunch. I ended up having to come back a couple of hours later, and they accommodated the tour; I was good. When I came back, there were about 10, maybe 15 people in the clubhouse. There was some sort of game activity, and they were having a pretty good time. The staff was professional, and she did her job well. There was no institutional vibe there at all. It seemed like there was a good amount of people living there who interact with one another regularly. I imagine that there's a little more personal interaction between the residents than normal apartment setting. Their club house was really nice and had a nice kitchen area. They have a salon, although it wasn't open while I was there. I was pretty impressed with the amenities.

Valley View Senior Apartments is an independent living community. I visited it yesterday and it was very nice and very elegant. I loved it and I would recommend it to anybody. The staff was very nice. They showed me a one-bedroom, and a studio apartment, and they're beautiful. It's clean and lovely. They showed me everything, like the exercise rooms and the outside of the facility. Everything was great. They have a water fountain and a pool, and it was very nice and classy.

I visited Valley View Senior Apartments. I would have to say that the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff, the information that I received, and the cleanliness of the establishment were very good. The location was suitable for retirees with accessible stores nearby. Everything was great and I enjoyed touring it. The apartments seemed to be very clean and kept up.

I toured Valley View Senior Apartments. It was nice, but a little bit higher than I wanted to pay. The room was nice, and the staff was real nice and very helpful. I liked it. It was open; you didn't hear a lot of noise going on in there. They had a clubhouse, and I liked that. It's kind of in the center of town and shopping; everything was real close.

I went to Valley View Senior Apartments. That's a nice place; it's nicely priced, and I was really impressed with it. I talked to the manager at the leasing office. It was clean, the lady was very professional, as professional as a leasing agent can be, and very, very nice lady. They told me everything, all the amenities are excellent, and everything is perfect.
