I was shown around Sun City Summerlin, and the place was very good. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area and what the benefits were. They were also very helpful. We will be moving to a single-floor house there that is 1800 square feet, and the rent is $2,000 a month. It's ADA-compliant. There is a pool, a golf course, a gym, and a clubhouse.

We're pretty happy with Sun City Summerlin. We chose it because our children live nearby. It is a well-known retirement community. They have activities available. They have all the restaurants, hospitals, and clinics nearby. We're pretty happy with our room.
