When it was time for my Mom to move to an assisted living facility, we looked as lot of them. We settled on Laurelwood Group Home as it was "homey", being in a residential neighborhood. It was close to medical facilities (and a good hospital) and the staff seems to really care for their charges. Mom has been there for nearly a year now, and our original impression was "spot-on. They really care for their "guests" and go out of their way to take care of them, like they were "family." Being a small home, they can provide individual care not available in larger facilities. We would not hesitate to recommend LAURELWOOD GROUP HOME to anyone.

Laurelwood Group Home is a home where they have some caregivers to assist a small number of residents. The caregivers are very nice. The rooms are very homey. It's a home setting, like being in their own house. The food is good, and my mom likes it. Occasionally, they'll do a field trip, but they don't do a whole lot of activities. The hospital is a block away. There are restaurants and businesses. It's in central Las Vegas. She likes it. I chose this place for her to live.
