Golden Meadows is about one mile from my house. I am placing my wife there on the first of the month. The exterior of the building was well maintained and freshly painted. When we opened up the door and went in, the food cooking smelled good. The house was very clean, and there weren't any unkempt patients. Everybody looked clean and well-cared for, like there wasn’t any food hanging on anybody’s face. She will have a private room as they are all private rooms there. It had enough space and wasn’t crowded, and the surroundings were clean. There is a maximum of 10 people living there, and they had four caregivers, one of them being a registered nurse.

There’s nothing I would say that is good. Minus stars if possible. My sister was there, the caregivers were not attentive in fact my sister’s bed was pushed up against the wall and she was on a foam mattress on the floor. They discontinued her oxygen which she should have been on 24/7. Had to yell to get some help. I would not send anyone here!
