I was a resident at court senior apartments for 4 years , I stayed clear of the office because some of management was very unpleasant , the water was shut off at the entire complex once or twice a month (6am-6pm, sometimes longer) for about 7 months, one time we were not notified ahead of time and I had to call in from work , I came in from work one day after a heavy rain and a puddle of water was on my floor that had leaked from the ceiling fan it was so much that I had to use my carpet extractor to get it up. Because of that they had to tear the ceiling up to fix the damage from the water , that took a few days . I had mold in my bathroom shower twice during that 4 years and both time they told me it was dirt, only to have a mold removal service come in an tear the shower wall apart to fix the problem ,In May they informed me that they were not renewing my lease and I had to vacate in July , I had a 600 hundred dollar deposit that I thought I could use to cover the rent from the first to the 10th and any other small expenses . I cleaned that unit thoroughly, went to the office and asked the manager to come do a walk through with me , she flat out refused. Her response was ,"I dont have time!" .There is a manager, assistant manager, and a secretary in the office at this time. I sat in the office waiting until she had time . About 20 min later, the manager then returned and stated " Oh, forgot you were here !" she stated that she had already sent the maintenance man up to the unit to complete the walk through, without me. The manager said maintenance informed her that the place was fine, but he smelled smoke. I disagree, I did not smoke in my unit. I received what I thought was going to be the remainder of my deposit. It turned out to be a bill for $544, I disagree with these charges. I have all documentation for every claim that I have addressed here in this review.

Court Senior Apartments was nice and clean. The people were friendly. The lady showed me a two-bedroom, two bath. The size was OK; but for me, it was a little bit too small for the furniture and stuff that I have. They have a library, beauty salon, bingo game, a weight room, and a pool. She showed me quite a bit, and it really was nice. The lady was also very nice and friendly.

My brother is moving into Court Senior Apartments. I toured the place, and I just had a wonderful time. The leasing agent did an excellent job. It was clean, I liked the pool area, everything was nice and clean and up to date. A very positive feeling when I walked in, and the residents were smiling and happy. That's a good thing.

I had visited Court Senior Apartments. The gentleman that showed me around was professional and personable. He seemed to know his business pretty well. The grounds were well kept. The apartments themselves were of good quality. You can tell that they put a good amount of energy into keeping things looking nice and operating well. I was purposely looking at one of the smaller 1-bedroom places. I knew it was going to be small. It was expected, given the limitations budget-wise that we're working with. It was small, but it was nice. It was a model apartment, so it was very nicely decorated and everything. The lighting was all good. The kitchen area was really nice, as was the bathroom. It was a pretty good size, considering that it was a small apartment. The bedroom had a pretty good amount of room.

We toured Court Senior Apartments. We couldn't go in to see the apartment because there was somebody living in it, so they showed us a model. I went there by myself, and they told me, 'Oh you need to have two months' rent per income, and it was $910 a month, so I covered that with no problem. When I brought my Filipino wife with me, they decided that I had to have two and a half months worth of salary in order to move in there, and I didn't qualify. After we filled out the application and spent over an hour and a half there, then she said to me, 'Oh do you make two and a half times the rent?' and they knew how much I made. So I don't recommend Court Senior Apartments. They're not nice people. There were dog poops everywhere. The outside was very dirty. They need to clean up after all the dogs or they have to enforce the people to clean up after their dogs.

My tour at Court Senior Apartments was very relaxing and very pleasant. The staff who accommodated me was very helpful and very informative. The apartments seemed to be very clean and very presentable. The facility itself was very clean and very suitable for retirees. I thought the location was very strategic and very accessible, and it was very close to other establishments like grocery stores, too.

Destinations at Sandhill has transportation to different places. They also have activities like bingo, Pokeno, Uno, board games, poker, dominoes, and card games. The staff is OK. They're knowledgeable about certain things, but when it comes to working with senior citizens, they could be a lot better. The apartments are small and compact, but very efficient. We have everything we need, and I like the fact that the bathroom has a walk-in shower. It is an accessible shower for handicap.

Destinations Senior Living at Sandhill Apartments were absolutely beautiful. But the one that I would be able to afford was very, very small and sometimes I would have to use my wheelchair and it would not work because it was just too small.
