This facility is one that has had a string of bad luck in the past and mamangement that did not care. The current management staff is awesome. They are always willing to assist residents, family members and staff with any issues. The staff is receptive to changes that were well overdue. In light of the current issues with the COVID pandemic, staff have gone the extra mile to ensure the safety of their residents and staff members. Prior to them needing to restrict visitors, they were always on top of their game. This facility has deficinitely had their challenges, but they have worked hard to over come them. Although it is an older building, it is very clean and odor free. I wish them well because they definitely deserve it!!!

The smell in the place is horrible and the staff is far from friendly. When we call the phone rings off the hook with no answer including holidays. It is so hard to get a hold of our family member. I have heard the staff using curse words and acting unprofessional. Overall it's not dirty however I feel it could be more clean and something could be done about the smell. The place is currently going under lots of renovations and upgrades I am hoping this will help with the smell. Overall, this is the type of place I pray I never end up and am glad my sister in law is somewhat able to care for herself, unlike other residents.

The facility smells poor always. The nurses on staff are not very friendly or helpful. When we try to call and reach our sister the phone will ring off the hook with no answer on the nurses line as well as the resident phone. Our sister is a diabetic however, she does not recieve a special tray and also gets deserts with sugar and things she should not have. We have overall had a bad experience here however, we are not in the position to be able to change her place and she has a caseworker that helps her.
