"Everyone is amazing and the place is so clean!!"

"Sage Creek Post-Acute is a very nice and new building. It's very clean, they're cleaning all the time, and the layout has about 60 individual rooms. The therapy area and gym were OK, and the nurses and aides were really nice. They also have a nice path with seating places, but it was too hot to take advantage of that while we were there. I had an issue with the staffing on the weekends. It could have been a little bit better in terms of numbers, but overall they did a good job, and the ones who worked with my husband were really kind. They either fed him in his room, or they had an area where he could go out and eat at a table for lunch. I could also eat or buy their lunch. The food was pretty good for that type of community, or I could just bring my own. Our bill was covered by Medicare as well."

"My mother was in Advanced Health Care of Henderson in a rehab facility. They're very good, they answer the call light at least. They have very attentive staff, CNAs, and nurses. The facility is clean and they only have 38 beds. They have a full gym so they can do their exercises and therapy, and they have a dining room. They have large screen TVs in each room, they have recliners, they have a small kitchenette, refrigerator, sink, and cupboards, and that was nice. They're all single rooms. Her insurance paid for the whole thing. "

"Nurse are lazy and do nothing for patients. Leave them in pee filled diapers or pads. When patients fall out of bed they don’t come help. Staff on weekends are lazy and don’t help anyone but sit at desk Never never put a family member. !!!"

"Harmon hospital is a great facility. The staff is wonderful and activity 6is especially great, including the director Erica that goes above and beyond to make you feel very welcome. I am currently a resident and am very greatful for the staff."

"Simply exceptional. Entire staff were very polite and most importantly patient, caring with my "sometimes" complicated grandfather. My grandfather is currently in acute rehab same building and still experiencing wonderful care.they are determined to help a patient go home strong/healthy. Thank you to all of you! "My experience with Gaye Haven is great. My family member is doing real well there. It's wonderful. I visit all the time, and she is OK. They're real good. It's a very small facility, but it's nice. "

"My father was taken to this facility from Sunrise after being admitted with pneumonia. He was in this rehab for about two weeks. I don't know how the food was, probably very bland, which makes sense for most patients, but they allowed us to bring him meals. And Daddy said there were a couple of bossy nurses, but that was for the best, knowing my dad. I was very impressed myself with the staff, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. If they weren't brimming with info, it's because they aren't allowed by law to give out info indiscriminately. The rooms were clean and fresh; the facility didn't smell of chemicals or urine, as so many of them do. It just smelled clean. It was a great rehab facility, as far as i could see, and from my father's reports, and it's not a hotel or an adventure park. Maybe a bit dull for the patients, but recuperating from illness typically isn't a big ball of fun. I highly recommend this facility."

"My mother is at this place now. The cnas on side one are the most caring and hard working ppl. She gets what she needs here. I don't have a problem with anything. The food is not the best but we're not at a 5 star hotel either. Great place "

"Rooms are very comfy, big and private. Food was on point followed by special requests, staffing the best! Few names to mention that I would like to mention Mel, Eureka, Core, Chanel, Marc, Catrina, Umani they were all so nice and kind to my mom and myself. Best place to recover."

"My sister was at North Vegas Care Center for 20 days when her insurance said they're not paying it anymore. So I paid them $1505 for 7 days to keep my sister there. She would have someone that would come into her room and work with her to do just like physical therapy. Well, she was there for the whole week, and we never had it. On top of that, my sister got an abscess on her belly, and over the weekend, nothing was done. I found out then that the wound doctor only comes in one day a week. Food was atrocious. The place smelled. It was absolutely terrible. They helped my sister get on a port-a-potty by her bed, but they left her sitting there for an hour. They were overworked, understaffed, and underpaid. There was a lot of them that had no compassion whatsoever for the residents. There were some that were very nice, but they were fewer and far between."

"College Park Rehab did a good job for my mom. They treated her wound, and she does not scream anymore. They had different activities, like bingo and painting. "
