"Bellevue Assisted Living is my first choice. It's a great place and it would be the most appropriate for my mother. They have very friendly staff and very happy residents. It's very clean, very bright, and uplifting. I liked everything about it. The rooms were spacious, very up-to-date, and very appropriate for seniors. It's got a wonderful location with nice surroundings. The hair salon that was provided inside the facility was also very reasonably priced. They have personal visits from practitioners for any residents needing it, I was impressed with the size. It's not too big and not too small. I liked the arrangement and the floor plan of the place as well."

"Billdora Senior Care was awesome. The staff, service, and caring were superb and we had no complaints about it whatsoever. The rooms were kept clean, and the place smelled fresh and clean all the time. It was really great, and the food was good. They took excellent care of my father-in-law, so much so that he didn't want to leave. They called us about everything and anything they did, no matter what it was. Our experience there was the best. They had snow cone days several times while he was there, where they brought them outside for snow cones. They had movies, all kinds of crafts and different things, and offered a lot, although my father-in-law didn't do much."

"My mom has been a resident of Alden Pointe for three years. In all that time our family has been pleased with her care. When we visit her, she always seems content and happy. She is in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's and it has been sad to watch her decline. But the staff treats her like their own grandmother. The facility (and mom) always smell fresh and clean. The food is good and she is aided at mealtimes with very patient and kind people. The director, Stacey is always available and helpful with any concerns or questions we have. Mom was a resident of another highly regarded facility in Hattiesburg while we waited on the list for Alden Pointe. I won't say a bad word about them, but I will say that moving her was the best decision for her and for the whole family. We are grateful for the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff. "My grandfather was at Windham House for about a little over a year. He was almost a hundred and one when he passed away and that facility treated him very well. So, when my mother felt bad and felt that she needed a home, we chose Windham House. We liked that it was convenient and clean. The nurses, aides and everybody there were really nice and they cared about the patients. The food was very good. My mother she seemed to like it and she ate very well. "

"My husband is in Bedford Care Center Monroe Hall. They provide good care and I'm very satisfied with it. I haven't really had anything to complain about. Everything seems to be good and in order. I don't see any problems with it. They have all kinds of activities. He seems satisfied there. He doesn't complain and ask to come home. Everybody there has just been wonderful and as helpful as they can be. The building and the rooms are really nice. The food looks really good and he eats everything they bring him. They have a little fenced-in area and it has picnic tables and chairs out there. We sit sometimes out in the sun for a little while and he seems to enjoy that."

"Claiborne at Hattiesburg Independent Living is close to where my family is. I like that the apartments did not look like hospital rooms. I looked at several and they just kind of look like a little hospital room there. It's independent living and the place is beautiful. This staff is nice and accommodating during my tour. The restaurant was beautiful and the place was really good. It was just what I was looking for. They were extremely helpful to me because I've never lived in an apartment so I had a lot of questions. I only ate just one lunch there, but lunch was their big meal of the day and it was very good. It was a shrimp dish. There was no problem with anything in the apartment I'm getting. They're redoing and painting it. Anything that I need before I move in so I thought that they were pretty great on that. It's off of Highway 11, which is the highway that goes just south of Harrisburg. From there, if you want to take your car or the bus or whatever they have there, it's just kind of centrally located so it's a good location."

"We visited Claiborne at Hattiesburg Assisted living. It is like the country club of retirement homes or nursing homes. They also have a memory center, which is very nice. All the rooms have kitchen, sitting area, bedroom, and bath with large shower. You could put a wheelchair in there, it is very big. They've got a theater, a library, and a post office in there. It's very, very clean and very modern. It's got a courtyard for the residents that are not in the memory center, and a courtyard for residents that are in the memory center. The courtyard in the memory center has raised beds so that the residents can plant things like tomatoes and cucumbers. I did not eat there but the dining area was very nice. The dining area staff brings each resident's meal to their table and makes sure that they're happy with it. It was very, very nice. Every room is a private room, so I'm worried about that for my mother because she needs someone to talk to. They get the highest grade if you ask me, it's quite a beautiful place. If I were to be a resident here, I would be proud of the company."
