My mom is a resident of Oak Park Senior Living. Generally, it's pretty good. They do seem to have an issue with maintaining staff. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The staff is friendly. It's well-maintained. The staff, some of them are excellent and some of them are just average. I've eaten at the hotel a couple of times and the food was pretty good. They try very hard to have activities for the residents. They have a lot of activities. It is pricey and a little more expensive than others. The fact that they're not able to keep staff, her housekeeping, she's supposed to have a housekeeper come in once a week, and the housekeeper doesn't come every week, and she has a different housekeeper often.

I visited Oak Park Senior Living. It was good. I supposed her title was executive director, gave us the tour, we went back, and we tried the food. Food is excellent. Beautiful dining area, and we really liked it. We took my mom to visit, and she said absolutely not. It was just too big and too overwhelming, but quite honestly, it doesn't matter where we would've taken her, she just wanted to go back home. She didn't wanna be anywhere. It's not determined I guess the most people that it was large. Mom would've gotten lost in there. And I did feel a little bit of pressure from their executive director. It was wonderful, I think they had 3 main courses to choose from, it was like eating in a somewhat upscale restaurant. They were very nice. They had some things that you can't get in a smaller place, like a dining room for families, if family wanted to gather. All larger places have those things. So, we looked at a couple of different sized rooms, they were both very nice, pleasant, enough windows, and enough light and that was important.
