My aunt moved in at Ecumen Lakeview Commons. The staff is very friendly and very good. Everything there is very nice. The rooms are nice, and it's just big enough for what my aunt needs. The dining room looks like a restaurant, and they have choices for their food. My aunt says the food is very good. They have bingo and tours to different places. She takes part in just about everything, and I can't believe how busy she is.

We toured Ecumen Lakeview Commons. I liked it because it wasn't quite as big as some of the senior living places. It didn't seem as updated as the one where we're at now. The staff seemed fine. They were helpful and they answered questions and stuff like that. The upkeep seemed pretty good. The dining area was nice. They have a good space to go in and enjoy yourself when you work out or even exercise.

Ecumen Lakeview Commons is just really clean, nice, and the people were really nice. The staff was very kind, understanding, and they listened. Everything was laid out perfectly. They do rides if you need to go somewhere. They've got a beauty salon, anything you want. It's very, very clean.

We found Ecumen Lakeview Commons. We were very happy with the number of activities that are available for the residents and it was just nice and clean, and it just seemed very well managed. The activities director we spoke with and the marketing person were very helpful and answered all our questions. And the room that we picked out is very nice and competitive pricing with other facilities that we looked at. We knew some people that are in there or had been in there, and the feedback we got from those folks was always very good. So we think it's a good place. We were provided a typical menu so we could see what kind of offerings they have, and it looked very good.

The staff is incredible! My mother has lived there for over two years and she feels that she is part of a well-loved family. The staff connects with the residents professionally and personally who go above and beyond daily expectations. During this pandemic, my mom's daily needs, physically and emotionally, have been exceedingly met; she has expressed on many occasions how happy she is. The group activities, the dining experiences, and the connections she has made with the concierges and staff have been great!

My brother is in Ecumen Lakeview Commons. He has a one-bedroom apartment with a walk-in closet, bathroom, shower, sink, kitchen, and all that. It's more than adequate for one person. They have a chapel, games, and puzzles on the tables in the common area. There's a fountain in front, and flowers in a number of places in the campus. The staff is very pleasant and kind to the residents.

We toured Ecumen Lakeview Commons and were very pleased with it. The place was nice and offered a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. The dining setup was good. They had a lot of activities like fishing trips, casino runs, and ice cream socials. The staff seemed friendly and very nice.

My aunt absolutely loves Ecumen. It's close to where I live. They showed me everything and it was the cheaper facility for everything that my aunt needed. She's always busy since she's very social, so she goes to every activity that is there throughout the day. Everybody that works there is super nice and has been very understanding. My aunt is happy and I'm happy.

My grandparents are in Ecumen. They love it and are enjoying themselves there. It's been wonderful, but a little high-priced. The staff is very respectful. It's a nice facility, and they do quite a bit with the people there, like bingo every Saturday; every time I've gone there, they have bingo that day. There are lots of activities. They were doing choir when we were there on Thanksgiving. My grandma and grandpa are obviously not 100 percent happy there because they want to go home, and they know they can't, but my grandpa's happy just to be with my grandma. The number one reason why we like this place is because you can have your own place, and Grandma and Grandpa are both living in the same building together. My grandma is kind of a picky eater, yet she always enjoy the food. Everyone is always smiling and are very happy. The residents and staff are very friendly. My grandpa needs a lot of care, like help getting up, and they've responded whenever he's pushed the button. He's fallen quite a few times because he can't stand on his own, and they're always there right away whenever he pushes the button. The price is the only downfall.

Ecumen Lakeview Commons is a really nice facility. I like that they have a therapy dog. The dog greets the residents and gets them to activities, and for me that was really cool. They also have a big aviary. They have lots of activities. The staff were really super nice and very accommodating on the tour that we had. They have nice grounds, and the rooms were really neat. My husband says he can't wait to be old, because he wanted to live in the facility.

We settled Mom at Ecumen Lakeview Commons. We like the quality of care that they have. The way they manage their business, the number of qualified staff, with 24/7 nurses, the communication -- they were phenomenal. They were able to fit my mother's needs, and it's more than what I could have hoped for.

My mom moved in here a couple weeks ago and she loves it, and so do I! The apartment is homey, food is well prepared, and the place is very clean and fresh. There are lots of activities going on all day. The staff are all attentive and kind. I am surprised there aren't any additional 5 star reviews for this place!

The rooms in Lakeview Commons are a little smaller. The biggest apartment they have is a 1-bedroom, a combination of kitchen & living room, and a bathroom. That would have been too small for my mom and she would have felt like she was in a nursing home.
