In our family's experience, the care model is good, but its implementation is not. There seems to be little if any supervision or oversight. Caregivers are required to chart when residents take or refuse medications. But, once charted, that seems to be the end of it. It wasn't until some shocking lab results came back that anyone noticed that our loved one had been refusing meds. Also, despite claims of training being provided, the care givers did not use appropriate technique when transferring our loved one. This was observed by Hospice staff as well as by our family. There were other problems as well. Most concerning, family was not informed of any issues, so the problems persisted. All in all, I would not recommend this location for anyone. We moved our family member out.

Suite Living Memory Care & Assisted Living of Roseville has 25 rooms, so it's much easier. It seemed like a nice place so it's where my wife decided to go to, but then every place has their problems. There were only three people to take care of all the 25 rooms and do cooking because a bunch of people called in sick. The food's kind of a coin flip, sometimes it's good, sometimes it's just not the greatest. They have the people playing Bingo, different kinds of board games, and Yahtzee. Majority of the staff is pretty good, but some of them are questionable. The room my wife is in suits her right now, but they supposedly have bigger rooms there. She has her bed in there, a table by the side of her bed, a chair, a small refrigerator, a love seat, and a decent-sized bathroom.
