The major difference between Royal Park Place and the others we visited was the contract agreement for staying there. At Royal Park Place, they either lease or you can actually purchase a unit, which is quite unique, but in terms of offerings relative to others, it's pretty much similar. The rooms and the facilities were nice, they had nice grounds, and the dining facility was fine. They didn't have any availability at that time, but it was a very nice place.

I am now living at Royal Park Place. I've only been here a month but it's met all my expectations. I like it here very much and I'm quite satisfied. The food is excellent, very good, and delicious. The people here are so wonderful. They're busy, but they always have time to talk to you if you have a question. They have lots of programs and activities going on all the time so they make it easy to meet the other people. It's a beautiful facility. We have way more activities than one person could do and there are lots to choose from. It's a moderate price.
