Townehall Place of West Bloomfield was lovely. It was older and quieter, but very nice and more stately. Things were new. It was someplace that I had originally wanted my mom to move in, but I don't know if there was enough mixture of all the religions, which my mother wanted. She liked it though. The person who gave us the tour was lovely. They had outings, movies, and activities for the residents to do.

I appreciate the communication and friendliness of everyone at this facility. Thank you Rich and Tashi for working so hard everyday to make all the wheels work together. I really appreciate all members of your teams. The activities keep residents moving and having fun all thought out the day. Bingo, crafts, exercise are just a few favorites of our aunt.

Townehall Place of West Bloomfield was the best place I could have put any relative of mine.The place was not only beautiful, but every person was caring and attentive to my sister and my family. The receptionist, Sydney, was a very pleasant young lady, and very engaging in conversation. Everyone that we passed in the hallway would always say something pleasant. It was a wonderful place, they gave her wonderful care, and I would definitely recommend it. My sister was there for assisted living, but she really required more than that, and they gave her much more; they really went above and beyond. She liked the food, and she had dishes that she really liked. Her room had beautiful furniture, and she was very comfortable in her surroundings.

We moved dad into the new Townehall Place in March 2019. Not only did they make it an easy decision, but the attention he gets from the staff makes us so happy. He has never eaten better and enjoyed being around others. At home he sat around and watched TV most every day. Moving him here will add years to his life! We were overwhelmed with trying to figure out what to move for him. Townehall Place gave us a moving coordinator that helped us pick his furniture in his home, sort, pack and set up his new apartment! That was amazing and something no one else offered! Overall we are very happy. The nurse has gone above and beyond answering our questions and taking our calls even after hours. Staff know my dad, his routine, his likes and dislikes, the activities he will go to and what makes him smile. Our whole family can sleep well at night knowing he found a new home where he is taken care of and loved.
