Vibrant Life Temperance- The Cottage

We will move my friend to Vibrant Life Senior Living this month. We chose this place because of the cost and the quality of what you were getting compared to a lot of places that I've called and been to. The staff was very understanding and helpful. The facilities were very clean. It was very adequately staffed. They have a courtyard, they have a hair salon, and I think there's a gym.

My wife is in Vibrant Life Temperance. They've got three buildings, and she's on Jackman Road, which is The Cottage. She needs a lot of help, and they say she's not supposed to put any weight on her foot for 12 weeks. You can't get in there because of COVID, and there have been different problems with that. I call her on the phone and I've spoken with her through the window a couple of times. She's in a room by herself. They put on a good show when you're there, but then she tells me different things that go on. They tell her she's a nuisance because she pushes the button too much and she's too heavy. She can't do much and she can't get up. They put things far away where she can't reach them, so she's got to call them in to help her, and then they complain that she's a nuisance. It's back in the trees and off the road. The driveway and everything was full of pine needles like it hadn't been cleaned or anything. The staff has been alright. It's been all remodeled inside. They tore it all down to the studs and rebuilt it. I guess it's all new inside, that's what they say, but like I said, I can't get in there. The room she's in is kinda costly. They advertise lower prices, but because she needs more help, they raise the price.
