Wellbridge Of Grand Blanc appeared clean. They appeared to have good staff. They had a variety of activities for the patients. If I could, I would have placed my sister there. Those were the two things that impressed me the most. They had a Starbucks inside the facility, so it reminded me of a nice hotel. The staff members I met were eager to help.

My mother is at WellBridge of Grand Blanc now. She's gotten in the parking lot three times and she keeps opening the emergency doors. So, I have to pay somebody to sit with her from 8:00 in the morning till 8:00 at night. The food's great there, and the staff is really good but they're shorthanded. They've got people that work double shifts. What they have to deal with there, they've gone over and above to help my mother. They have crafts and they usually have people come in and perform music once a week. They have something to do every day. The building itself is nice. The staff and the management are helpful. And if they can't help you, they'll find a place that will, and they're good at that.

WellBridge of Grand Blanc was very nice. Because of COVID regulations, anybody admitted to them has to be quarantined for the first ten days, so my mom never really got to use the facilities (she was there for nine days). The food was excellent though. She did a lot of physical therapy and a lot of occupational therapy daily. It was well maintained. The staff was nice, although it took a while for them to get her medications straightened out. It's also a larger facility, so it doesn't seem as personable as compared to a smaller facility. There wasn't any outdoor space for them, but they had a lot of amenities. They had their bistro where the family could go and eat with them once they were out of quarantine, a little separate restaurant, a movie room with popcorn, common areas, physical therapy gyms, and a barbershop.
